    Yes.. I finally answered today. it was Devcon security calling to say I hadn't paid my bill since they bought out my original company pinnicle security. I pointed out that I was on auto pay and confirmed that my payments had been coming out monthly. the lady said she was sorry and took care of the issue for me.

    Same exact story with me.  The worst part is I have already finished paying off Pinnacle quite awhile ago. My contract was up in April but I paid off early in December or January. Mostly with automated payments but then I sent my last four or five payments all at once with a money order instead of thru checking.  I even verified twice with Pinnacle that the account was paid in full and since I hated their customer service quality I told them under no uncertain terms did I want to renew another three years.  They (Devcon) call me constantly/ I have now had to block three different numbers in as many days.  Pinnacle either didnt transfer info correctly or Devcon doesnt know what they are doing!

    They've been calling me constantly saying they are from Devcon and that my credit card was denied.  Told them they were mistaken.  Now I am getting fraudulent charges from Sunpass Operations.  Don't take calls from this number!

    I utilized a block app on my 4G android.  It works perfect.  Believe it or not, they still call, dont know why.  Yesterday for example there was 4 calls. But when the call comes in I dont hear it and it goes straight to the blocker list. This company must not know who I am or where I live, only my phone number. In over a month of harrassing calls they have not once sent me any written information to my address. Pinnacle must have made many serious errors in transferring the database to this company. Ironically my account is long paid off, I should think they would be more concerned with active account holders, etc. I am keeping the call/block history on my phone.  Since 5/15 I have made 17 FTC complaints and since May 28 I have a log showing they have called me 28 times.  I am going to use this information soon and present to a lawyer in order to file suit against the company. It is against the law, and let your cell phone show proof in court if neccessary! I say fight em, and make em pay!!!!

    Actually this is really Devcon. I just got a call from them and they had the correct info and knew things only Devcon would know about billing status etc.

    I'm filing a lawsuit within the next few weeks.  I wish there were enough complaints in order to file a class action suit, but whatever it takes I will do so.  Today I personally spoke to FTC, and they recorded my complaint/it is filed.  Then I contacted the Attourney General Office and filed a Consumer Protection complaint as well.  Lastly, I filed with the Better Business Bureau.  All these resources are free.  (Attourney's aren't but there are plenty around willing to file your suit for free in order to receive all or most of the money won)

    Same as many of you. I get these calls several times a day. (I don't answer). It leaves a message, but cuts off the beginning of it. The number does appear in my missed calls though so I called back one time....yes, it's Devcon regarding billing. I told the person we no longer are monitored by them, but if I was to want them as my security provider anymore I'd call them and reactivate it. Of course they never took me off their call list. VERY ANNOYING........
