They are a small collection agency that tries to bully people that can't afford to pay back and old debt.  Tell them to jump in the river!!!!

Is it me or these guys pretty sleazy ?

The guy keeps calling but won't say who he is calling for. I get a lot of calls for a girl who used to live there (although I suspect she did not have the same phone number as me). I refuse to call someone back who won't say who or why they are calling for.

They only say that they want a return call for "business that I am currently conducting".  The only time they did leave more information, they left it at a relative's house....obviously, just trying to intimidate, bully and embarrass me.  Just keep all recorded voicemail and conversations with this company, since they enjoy stepping over their legal bounds.  When you have enough information to punish these guys, call the New Jersey Attorney General's office.

Very rude and abusive, wouldn't tell me what kind of a company they are...just insulted me.

I actually did call them back.  My curiosity got the best of me.  The guy who answered was very rude because I said "y'all".  Sorry, I'm from Texas.  The guy said if I can't speak English then just hang up.  So, I did.  I think they are probably calling for someone who used to have my phone number.

Acted as if they are attorneys and they hung up on me several times.  Sleezy people.  Don't bother with them.

I'm a college student at UNT and in 2006 Bank of America [***] me on 600$ in overdraft fees. My grandmom has been putting money in my account to help me out and they put a two week hold on a personal check. Keep in mind she had been doing this every month for a year. My total negative balance was about 948$. I was over drafted for every little thing I bought. They refused to help so I left. Two weeks ago I get a call from this company. I made a 500$ payment to clear up the account. Now they are saying I have another account with BoA!!! What should I do!?!?

Had call from man saying their is a claim pending against me and that I need to call before they take action! This is ILLEGAL and he and the company can be sued for this!

contact Federal Trade Commisson and file a compliant if they do this to you it is ILLEGAL to leave any detailed message on someone's phone espically your work number

Kim Dare called stating that she needed to speak with me about a serious matter in MD collections and if I didn't call her back today (4/17/08) she would proceed with legal actions.

They said that they were going to start legal procedings and it was the first time I talked to them.  they also said no payments, and offered a settlement and I said that I couln't do that.  Offered them $350.00 and the took it. what kind of agency is this?  Are they an attorney's office or just a plain jane collection agency that is bending the rules and using whatever they can to get money?

After responding to an automated call and dealing with a man who wouldn't tell me what kind of company this was, I dug around online and found this blog.  So I called back and asked if they were a collection agency.  They conceded that this was possible.  I think they must be a real one cause I recognized the name for who they wanted money from.  It's the same woman I get all the other collection agency calls about.  So ya its a collection agency and this woman must be in serious trouble if she's getting calls from them.

CALLED MY DAUGHTERS HOME IN MASSACHUSSETTS AND LEFT MESSAGE THAT THEY WERE LOOKING FOR ME TO NOTIFY ME BEFORE I GOT BLIND SIDED ABOUT SOMETHING (?) IN STATE OF OREGON.  I'M TOTALLY UNAWARE OF WHO THEY ARE OR WHAT THEY WANT.  I HAVE NO IDEA HOW THEY GOT MY DAUGHTERS PHONE NUMBER--AND I VERY MUCH RESENT THEM LEAVING THIS KIND OF THREATENING MESSAGE ON HER PHONE.

I keep getting harrassing calls from these number on my voicemail at work.  They call all times of the day and night and threaten me.

I MADE A PAYMENT ARRANGEMENT W/ THEM TO TAKE MONEY OF MY ACCOUNT FROM A CASH NOW LOAN THAT I THOUGHT WAS PAID BACK ALREADY. THEY ARE TAKING 2 POST DATED PAYMENTS OUT OF MY CHECKING ACCT. THEY CALLED MY BEST FRIENDS HOUSE AND MY JOB, THEY SCARED ME TO DEATH, BUT AFTER THINKING ABOUT IT.. I THINK I SHOULD STOP PAYMENT ON THESE 2 POST DATED CHECKS... AND CONTACT MY LAWYER

Calling my relatives up and down the east coast. Claiming to be a law office and that I have an impending court case and that they didn't want my relatives blind sided. They haven't called me because I'm already in bankruptcy and its against the law. Think I'm going to send a letter to them and copy my attorney as well as the New Jersey District Attorney's office.

They have called my house repeatedly at all times of the day, mostly though at exactly 8:00am on Saurday and Sunday.  The tactics are all the same as the above posts threatening on business we are conducting and legal casae pending and blind siding.  They obviously think they have the terminology correct to cause people owing debts to act.  I am very unhappy about the fact they use Jewish men's names to play the strong arm.  My guy is Adam Solomon.  But I see, Brian Shapiro, and others.  They call from 866-696-4188, 800-801-0065.  Please report them to the Nj's attorney general and send them a cease and desist letter.  They are junk debt collectors that buy up the oldest most uncollectable debts.  Know that SOL (Statutes of Limitations) to collect a debt is 3 years in most states and they can take no legal action against you.
