Got a message this morning from a Mark Johnson/attorney or so he said because when I called back I could not talk to Mr. Johnson. Person on the phone told me to avoid being served I could make a payment plan/Pay off the debt over the phone. When I asked who this debt was supposedly from they said a PayDay loan company and gave me the name of Cottonwood (no place like that around where I live or have Lived.
It is a scare tactic to get personal info and money from people. Always do you research before paying or agree paying any company. IT IS YOUR RIGHT.

I recieved a called from Mark johnson as well stating that he has some papers to serve me so he gave me a number to call  and i spoke to a women that say she and Attorney and her name is Chrstal she said i owe $770 told her that it was paid before i left Kansas she never asked for a reciept she said i was a fraud and there not taking any payment plan from me the first time i heard from them they said i was in the credit and i contact a attorney and we look and we havent seen it and the number they gave me never had me so to me i believe there some crazy stuff going on because one and attorny said when a person serve you papers they dont call you and tell you they just do it.
