I receive a recorded message from this company 4 times per week for over 9 months now. I never answer it nor return the call because I have not received mail from a collection agency that links to this number. Would love to know if anyone knows who this company is.

i have recieved 7 calls and voicemails from this number over the past week and a half. everytime it says, "We have a very important buisness call for you. Please call back at 866-706-5681."

I have been receiving numerous calls daily on my home phone. Calls from these two phone numbers 1(866)706-5681 and 1 (877)337-3099 have shown repeatedly showing up on my caller's ID, when I return the call, there is no one on the other line.  I believe that this might have derieved from a 800 number that have called my home some time ago.  The caller's ID indicated the name of some solution (that I can't recall or remember at this time - but the name does have "solution" in it), of which I asked the individual at the other end to discontinue harrassing me and calling me.  I recalled, it was a man at the other end who asked me continuously for a person that I did not know and can not recall as well.  This caller / man, became very insulting.  Thereafter, I started receiving these two phone calls with numbers 1(866)706-5681 and 1 (877)337-3099 on my caller's ID, with company's name as "800 Service".  This is extremely annoying, because calls from these numbers come in at odd times of the day, sometimes waking me up.  Any one out there can help me please email me back.  I have plan to take this as far as I can go. I am also keeping notes of the time of the day these calls come in.

I just got 4 calls from this number in the last hour.

We've gotten calls from this number between 7 and 8:30 every morning for the last week.  The number showed up on our caller ID with the name "unavailable".
My wife called the number back today -Saturday- at noon.  A man answered with
"hello", not a company's name.  She told him to stop calling us and asking for a person who doesn't live here - Brian L. Bailey - and leaving messages that they have important business call.  He asked her for our home phone number three times during a short conversation.  He said our number would be taken off the list.  We'll see.

They call constantly!!!No matter how many times i tell them a Ms. Houston DOES NOT LIVE HERE...they call back (everyday). I have realized this will not stop and I'm complaining to the phone company, giving them the number that the collection company calls from and I'm  shutting off this God D*mn phone.By the end of this month it will be cut-off. It's driving me so crazy! If i knew who it was I would hire an attorney and sue their tiny little dicks off!The Mother f*ckers.

GO to the website for the Federal Trade Commission and file a complaint against this harrassment. It is the only way to stop this company's corrupt business practices.

Calls from 866-706-5681 are driving me nuts!  The recording wants me to call back; I did.  Then a person wants to verify the number I'm calling from.  I asked who THEY are & she replied that she can't give any information until she verifies my phone number (which I didn't give).  I told the voice that the FCC, FTC, and FBI are on to their silly little game.  And boy I wish one of those acronyms would get on the ball.  I have filed a complaint with the FTC and FCC, and the Do No Call Registry (which I've been on for years--BTW, you must update your info on the Do Not Call Registry.  It actually expires).

I fixed their f*cking wagon-I called them a thousand times the other day.  I kept asking for the same person that they kept asking me for "Darlene Houston". When they would tell me, "Darlene Houston is not here" my response was "Darlene Houston's not here either but you keep calling me for her...so I'll just call back." I would hang up and IMMEDIATELY call back and ask for Darlene Houston. After 9 hours of constant calls they took me off thier lists. I said things like, "Sorry Mr. Lewis Once your on this list you can't EVER get off of it!"...and "Whats wrong? You mean your tired of playing your own little game?"...I was OVER IT!.  They kept asking me for the phone number that I was receiving the calls on and frantically trying to find out my number so i would stop calling THEM. And I would say, "I've already given you that number 15 times and you haven't taken me off the list! Convince me that you will help me and then I'll give you the number.  If they couldn't convince me I would hang up and call back.  I had answered all of their calls at least 15 times and answered all their questions and told them this was a new number I don't have anything to do with Darlene Houston...but it would not stop. After 9 hours of calls my phone rang and a very meak male voice said,"hello?" i di  not respond, but after that the calls stopped coming. They must have done quite the investigation to find out my number, cause I would not give it to them :O)  I bombarded them an entire day with phone calls and reported them to the Federal Trade Commission and the phone calls stopped.  Finally.  I would have to suggest you do the same thing too. It was really fun to hear the desperation in their voices when THEY were being relentlessly hounded! I must have called 1000 times...

Yes, I get the same call from them constantly. 866-706-6581. Four times today. It's been going on for months. I never call back. Very annoying! It ticks me off that I'm being hounded by these dogs because someone else didn't pay their bills.

I never thought of giving them a taste of their own medicine. Very good idea! I doubt reporting to the Federal agencies would do a damn thing. They're largely useless.

Ok, I think I'll start with 100 calls per day, then ramp it up from there. See how they like it. Thanks for the idea!

I've been recievving calls 3 to 4 per day that they have very important bussiness information for me. That I should call 866-706-5681. It's very annoying because when I call back no one answers.

They call me 5 or 6 times a day... I've never returned their calls.. I figure if it's so important, they could have a "human" make the call or write me.

I have been getting phone calls from the number 866-706-5681 for over a week now .Every morning at 8:15. A recorded message that says they have an important business information for me. They won't leave a message on my machine. They called three times in a row until I finally picked up the phone. I am getting very annoyed from these constant phone calls.

Same here.  they call my work number loking for someone (not me).  I have twice told thm thy have they wrong number.  The name of the comany, as they told me, was Credit Management Services..Brookville, WI with a manager name of Scott Kaiser.  I will look to report this to the Better Business Bureau

If they are calling your cell, just save the number as a "contact" and assign it NO ringtone. When they call next, your phone won't ring and you'll only see them in your missed calls if you choose to look. This way you won't have the aggravation of your phone ringing every hour on the hour and you don't miss any important calls by turning your phone off.

I live in a dorm, and I get calls ALL THE TIME.  All my neighbors are mad at me because this number won't stop calling, and I'm always out studying.  I started registering EACH call on the FTC website.  This HAS to stop or I'm going to go crazy.

And j3's website makes the company look completely bogus-- there's no actual info there.

Receive this phone call every day! Can't find out why. This is pure harassament.
