Got a call from a Allan parker claiming they were investigating our company on behalf of Eric Blum (?spelling) This appears to be a scam, but would love to hear fom others.

We received phone calls from this person as well.  Obviously he knows our company well enough to ask for the person ... but what has anyone elose found out?>

Got a call from Allen Parker. Same number. Said he as hired by JB Scott to investigate our 2-month-old business. Said he needs to see all our paperwork, tax information, inspections, etc.
Was thinking it was a scam of some sort, so came online to check. AnyRan updates on this?

This is one of the more "out there" attempts to fraudulently obtain financial information from unwitting (or maybe I should say witless) businesses and individuals.   Just so you know...your financial information cannot be shared by any financial institution without your expressed consent, and you are not required to share any financial (or other!) information with anyone you do not wish to without a court order.  Be wise and be careful!

Also received a call from 866-718-1234 from a Michelle Parker claiming to be investigating my businesses assets and liabilities. Gave me a contact name of Renee Au-Miller to call for information into investigation. Have called her twice with no call back. I also believe this is a scam of some sort.

received similar call from Michelle Parker claiming to be investigating my 3 months old business, wanted me to call Mark Sadler on 1 866-718-1234 ext 150. i knew immediately it aws a scam.

Received the same type of call from a Michelle Parker stating that she was a private investigator hired by my bank. I do not even have a bank account at this time. She called me from a 520-545-7368 number.They are also calling my cell phone with an 866 number. The guys name was Mark Sadler. I refuse to give any one information regarding my company over the phone like that.

I received a call from a Michelle Parker with Capitol Resources, told an employee of mine she was investigating our company in gave a number for a Jim Breakey, went to voicemail, not sure what this is.

i also received a call from yesterday. I think you and other should have a legal advisers. I know a great team work of law firm that you should have to protect your business and the cost very reasonable every month. .

Got a call about conducting an investigation about my company assest and liabilities, she claimed that Jim Balke at 866-718-1234 ext 139 can give me more details, called Jim no response, it sounds like a scam i have reported it to Californa State General Office.

We keep getting a call from a lady claiming to be Brooke Davis with Andersen Randall & Richards, but the phone number comes up to this.  A few months ago , someone from a company called Northstar Products called us and wanted us to try a sample of their latex gloves.  Instead they sent a case of them along with a huge bill.  We of course shipped them back and now Ms. Davis is trying to collect money as she said her client reports the product we returned was  broken and junk.  How do you break latex gloves?  Regardless, I think both of these scammers are working together.  Be aware!

Got a letter addressed to my business claiming that Andersen Randall & Richards represented Bankrate Inc and that my company owed $130.

The details were very vague and threatened various actions.

I'm assuming it's a scam- figuring we would just send a nuisance check.

lady called my business line , asking for me personally and said she was calling to confirm who I was and that I was the business owner, then I asked what its pertaining to she said an investigation- I said of what? she said you would have to call Mike Powers from Anderson, Randall & Richards at 866-718-1234 ex 132. and that they will be talking with other merchants and individuals we do business with such as banks and other vendors- really, no one knows what vendors we deal with. Total SCAM! Our Vendors don't give out lists of who does business with them- that was the clue to me that something wasn't right

Just got a call from Michelle Parker w/ Capital Resource and she told me she was an independent private investigator investigating my business for assets and liabilities? I was instructed to call Mike Powers with Anderson, Randal and Richards at 520.745.8701 xt. 132 for more information. She gave me her number 520.545.7368 but said this was a courtesy call and she would not answer any more questions. I have been in business for 13 years and have had a few things like this come up over the years - I filed her info in the plastic bin next to me. Not sure what she is up to but I'm guessing she voted for Barry....twice....looking for free stuff

Got a call from Michelle Parker with Capital Resources 1-520-545-7368 telling me she was an independent hired by Mark Sadler of Bart Credit Services 866-718-1234 x 150 to investigate my business for assets and liabilities.  She told me it was a courtesy call. I told her my company is a private company.  She then said she had not asked for anything personal.  I Googled the Sadler phone number in Arizona while I was on the phone with her and told her I found nothing. She got feisty in her response and then gave me a phone number of 1-520-745-8701 x 150 to reach Sadler telling me it was a legitimate company.  Gave me a reference number for when I called back.
