- mm| 2 repliesno name and left no message
- KW| 3 repliesAllstate.... pay your bill
- BoboNumber is in fact AllState. Usually they leave a friendly reminder that bill has not been paid. This time it was cut off. Not sure why.
- Caller: All State
- sanno message left
- Allstate Insurance CompanyThis is a automated dialer developed by ALLSTATE INSURANCE COMPANY to remind you to pay your bill if the due date is approaching and payment has not been received.
- Not important| 1 replyI've told these people numerous times that the person that they are trying to reach doesn't live here. It's an automated call so i can't really talk to anyone.
- Caller: 800 Service
- doesn't matter| 1 replyI get these calls and I am, in no way, connected with AllState Insurance. I get calls 3 and four times a day from this number. They don't leave a message and only call my cell phone when I'm at work.
If you're saying to "pay the bill," that is obviously not the case in all of these calls.- Caller: Didn't say...
- gordocalls all times of day - no message. I finally assigned no ringer to this number.
- Caller: Allstate
- Bill Geddes| 1 replyDefinitely a "phishing" or "collection fraud" call.
Just got a call from one of my customers who received same, and was directed to call back to 1-866-377-4122, and then dial 471214.
NOT ANYTHING LIKE ALLSTATE's SYSTEM
We do have an automated system that makes payment reminder calls, but they are VERY clear and easy to understand.
Wil Allstate's calls there is no option to "hold for payment options."
We have a system where the CUSTOMER must enter the policy number along with identifying information before any payment will be accepted...
Questions? Feel free to ask me: BillGeddes at Allstate.com- Caller: phishing scam
- arlenejust got a cutoff voice mail.. the message was just a blur. but if it is allstate then ok. they are trying to sell roadside assistance or tell me that I need to pay my bill.. I did pay it yesterday but it was late and maybe did not show up yet!
- BillI've gotten two calls from 866-723-8375 today in both cases there was a 1 second voice mail that was nothing more than "boop". I'm an Allstate customer so if they're calling me it's to sell me something. That's cool, the number they're calling is my decoy number anyway, ain't going to get answered.
- Caller: no company shown
- BillFigured I'd post a follow on the my previous post. 866-723-8375 definitely is Allstate and it is definitely a robo-caller and not a very good one either as it's hard to understand now that it finally left a message. The only problem, it's not for me. I'll say one thing, Allstate is persistent.
- Caller: No company name
- allstate customer| 2 repliesI just paid my bill last week. I have been with Allstate for 20 so years. They have made mistakes in the past but I am tired of them- that is, I am tired of the agents. Anyway, I got a 3rd call today, one while I was asleep at 8am. I work my ass off during the week and look forward to a sleep-in on the weekend; they just screwed up for the last time. Oh yeah, I have a mortgage, and yes Allstate provides the insurance- for my last 3 homes. I have not made a claim since 1990- you would think that they would respect me and value my privacy.
Back to the agents- incident #1. Moved to Hawaii, bill went way up. The agent said “you’re in HI now everything is expensive” She did not want to listen to me fully and she was persistent saying she’s very experienced and is correct about the payments. 4 years later Allstate notifies me of an error on my account- I get reimburse a substantial amount of money- happy days but quite pissed. I move to Georgia and obtain an agent of my choosing- happy days are here again.
Agent incident # 2- He, yes, HE retires and another agent, SHE, take over the accounts. My bill gets jacked up by $175 per month because I switched to full coverage. My bill is almost $300 a month on 2 vehicles on full coverage. I went to another agent, but SHE says I could not change agents and that the account is correct. I do not believe them.
They must be losing money because of less coverage- the automated phone calls are the last straw- whether or not it is actually them calling. I have heard of these types of calls where if you press the button you are charged a lot of money on your account- some scam.
I pay Allstate, and if they want to use a computer to call me- indicating they don’t value me as a customer, then screw them. There are other insurance companies…- Caller: ALLSTATE
- DMThey are trying to sell that F8@king roadside assistance to me from that number....... i am canceling just because they call me so much!!!
- argot a call, they left no message. and i payed the bill for this and the next several months, so its not just payment reminders
- RE: "Allstate Customer psoter"has issuesI like automated service, it gets the message across. I happy to hear that Allstate is saving money and resources by making automated calls for simple things such as reminding a person they forget to pat there bill. YES i admit i did forget to pay my bill and thanks to this call i will not have my police cancelled. I can not say thr same for other companies b/c they would just let your policy expire and then charge a bunch of fees then to reactivate it. Allstate rulles they have taken good care of me since i been a driver for over 15 years. Why should a company waste money when the can use it wisely to pay for valid claims.
Peace - katthis number comes on my phone and it is a recording. i hate recordings
- Caller: idk
- mngirl3 calls - no message - don't have Allstate, so they would have no reason to call my number
- AngieI left Allstate a year ago. They won't stop calling me.
- Caller: Allstate
- AnneKeep calling my cell phone and leaving voice mails that are automated...called number back says it is Allstate we do not carry Allstate insurance
- Caller: Allstate??
