I calle the FTC federal trade com they have been working on this for a long time the person whom I spoke to said there is an ivestigation under way & these people will be delt with. I had my information stollen through my work. These  people all have the same MO they say they are from what ever agencie in your home town & they go from there then they call your place of work or home threating you. Don't give any personal information to anyone . & call the FTC make a complaint....

They called me asking for my ex daughter in law, saying they needed to serve some papers on a civil litigation.  They would not give me any more information than that.  When I told them she did not live here she lived in another state they wanted me to call her and tell her to call them back.  They gave me a case number too.

They did not give me a company name or anything else which is what made me think something was not right.

Too bad for them they didn't know my husband is a Postal Inspector!

Received a call from 'Jessica'. She said to call back @866-727-3113 . She also gave a docket number 611-8363 which is for another person which does not live in my apt. Google says this number is claimed by http://www.westcoastfilingblog.com/ which seems consistent with other comments here. I have read the comments on Google website for this #866-727-3113. I am reporting this to see if the FTC can help to identify who and why these persons are calling from this number.

Someone needs to eliminate this problem.
