I would recommend that you call the firm directly to ask that the calls stop.  If this does not work, call the Florida Bar and report the firm.

calls my cell all the time never gave them my number some collector i guess

it called for me right now and i was really scared because i thought it was really serious at first. but now i'm like oh my goodness.

Constant calls from this number.  They reference a case number and an automated voice tries to pronounce my son's first and last name, so this sounds legit.  I will not call them back.

They called my friend's phone and left a message through an automated female recorder leaving my name and a case number saying they needed me to contact them immediately, but there should have no reason for them to be calling either of us and especially not her phone asking for me. Apparently this is a common thing. Someone should sue them to stop

Have been calling almost every day and have no reason. They mispronounce my daughter's name (on a prerecorded message) and say that we should contact them immediately.

now I'm wondering if it is a real law firm ... called to get my number off my EX's "case" and they did NOT ask me for anything about him ...

I am so glad to see all the posts from folks who received calls from this law firm. I got a letter from them asking me to pay or else they would consider a civil lawsuit against us. I am considering reporting their action to FBI if they continue harassing us. Please continue to share your messages so others will be warned. Very grateful for all of your comments!

It is illegal for debt collectors to repesent themselves as lawyers.

same thing is happening to me...the annoying automated calls and requests for a ridiculous amount of money. it is a collection agency trying to pass themselves off as attorneys, my brother, father, and uncles are cops and they said these people are bs. i am ignoring them and hoping that they leave me alone eventually because if a serious attorney wanted to get in contact with me, he would send a certified letter, not an automated call. we are all just numbers in a list and they go down the line...and they know that if one person pays out of all the people they call, that they're doing OK.

I keep getting these messages which are in error as there is no one by the name of Natalee Brown living here now or ever.  What does it take to get them to stop??????????????????

My wife got a ticket for shoplifting.  My wife had her day in court and paid her fine and restitution. We got three letters from this Law Firm demanding payment.  Now the calls have started.  Do your research these guys are trying to "easily" get a quick buck from people without due process.  I've researched this law in my state and the range of payment is $100.00 to $250.00, that is all they can get and they demand the max of $250.00, and they call this a "settlement offer".   If they were serious they would have a real person call and not just a recording. This company was sued in Florida in a class action suit however they prevailed.  I understand they want to recover money from their clients (big box stores) but this is extortion.  They send out thousands of letters and only take a fraction to court.  You do the math....why would an attorney in another state take a case on retainer for a $250.00 judgement.  Palmer and Associates get 30% of the money they recover. Not a bad way to make a quick buck with little invested but some stamps.
