A man identifying himself as "James Duncan" called and left this number with an extension on my voicemail and wouldn't say anything other than it was "very important" that I return his call.

I received a similar message today, it is Reliant Capital Solutions. They also called and said it was important for me to call by 4pm today. I have no idea what this is about but you should report them to the BBB because they are supposed to identify themselves as a debt collector when they call. My parents got a call from a Ms. Howard at this number looking for my sister-in-law. She claimed that they were a "contact" but didn't know how they were connected at all. The number she had for her was supposedly disconnected - possibly from a land line that hasn't been in use since before I married into the family 2 years ago. How are they getting my parents' phone number?

I have been harrassed by James Duncan at RCS claiming I owe money.  He is threatening that I will have my wages garnished and taxes withheld at refund time.  This debt goes back 20 years and he is claiming I need to pay immediately.

Same thing, a man calls an identifies himself as James Duncan, he keeps calling and calling. I don't owe him a THING. THis [***] needs a life and he needs to be put in jail for all the harrassing he is doing. Claims he is with the Ohio State General Office for Taxes. What a joke this is.

Just google. It's a collection agency.

Very unethical. Person identifies himself as Mike Mahaffe, will call family members and tell them he is calling about your education. Then will refuse to tell you what he is actually calling about when you return his call. This is a collection agency and they will harass you and your family.

Called here asking for someone who has never lived here, I've had this same phone number since 1972, so I'm guessing it's a scam or someone gave my number out as their own, too bad companies don't verify the number given to them, hope I verified it and the phone calls that keep asking for people I've never heard of stop.

Got a call from a man named Terrance from Reliant Capital Solutions asking to speak to an employee (on his birthday no less!) regarding a "personal matter." I told him that this was his place of employment and they said "we know." Were very sketchy and high level on the phone.
