They call on Saturday, I don't answer. But when I dial the number, the recorded messsage is their only open Mon to Fri.  Who is this company?

Called me at 8 pm ...just added them to rogers screen list that way i dont hear it ring when they call.

This phone call me tonight and he told me on hehalf of BellAliant to give a discount to my bundle service fees and ask me do not transfer to other service provider. I told them I need time to think about it and he gave me a phone number (1-888-939-9774) and ask me to call back later.

I phoned the number displayed on my phone and the voice said this is Saiks (a global leader provides contacts ...). It is not bellaliant!

I phoned the number that man gave me (1-888-939-9774), the voice did not mention anything of bellaliant, just inform me that there maybe a recording for quality purpose.

I phoned the REAL bellaliant custome service number 1-866-425-4268, the voice mention "welcome to bellaliant". I understand now, the man who called me and claimed that he was calling from bellalint try to mispresent me!

I will never believe the telephone introduction from now on again!

I also got this call while I wasn't around.   It was shown by my Call Display as  "Sykes Inc."

I get a call every 8 -12 minutes, although my cordless phone has a call block feature it rings once unfortunately, drives me nuts. I went to their website and got this email address, just sent them a 'do not call' email request for Canada. I hope it works. They also have another email address listed for Australia DNC.

It's a call center called Sykes. They have a location based in Moncton, NB. They do contracts for company and call about whatever contract they are doing. If they are calling you, most likely a company like Bell hired them as a third party call center to assist them.

Companies, like Bell, will often use third party call centers to offset peak periods where staffing can be an issue. True enough, they are often horrible to deal with because they in effect don't operate the exact same way as the company that is hiring them does since they aren't the company. Seems like they often hire third party to do outbound promotion calls, post-retention calls, collections, etc.
