Rec'd call from 480-223-9084, caller id is "Blocked Name", on my cell & work #s today.  Robo message identified Halstead Financial Services.  Callback# given is: 866-744-5641.  They referenced a file number, saying it is being escalated to "our final review department" due to lack of response from the respondent.  I have been receiving these calls from about 2 dozen different numbers fro over a year. They hit hard for a month or so, then drop off for 3 or 4 months, then start up again.  This is the first time they left a vm at my work#.  Annoying more than anything.

First time I got this.  Very fishy.  I hit 0 to talk to a rep but no answer.

They keep calling my phone in regards to my deceased father.  I am not sure this is legit at all.  I think this is a scam.
