I don't know what this number is, but they called me at 3:30 in the morning

They claim they are calling for a deaf person-calls came in after I put a ad in the paper for puppies-so many scammers called after the paper put the number on their website.  If the call was legitimate I apologise-but I don't think so.

got a call at 10:08 last night and the recording said they wanted to buy the puppy, then hung up. i emailed her at rinze212@yahoo.com like she asked and i asked her where she was located. then this morning she emails me and she wants info on my puppy...what next???

called me twice this evening @ 8:32p & 8:33p left no message

Someone from this number called in response to an ad I ran for puppies.  Two different email address were given to me on two consecutive days and I am leary of this being legit.  How can I know who is the supposed original caller?

Got mutliple calls after 10PM on a sunday night. I too ran an ad for puppies. have had this problem with other litters i sold too. same company, same problems.

Received call about midnight looking for a puppy.  Requested info by email then ended the call.  Didn't seem to care what puppy, just have them ready for pick up right away.  The email request was to waterburylinda@yahoo.com

um. I got it @ 8:30 and again @ 8:45.
Its called a relay call.
Its wear A deaf or hard hearing person is trying to contact you using a computer. A lady callas you from her office andd talks to the deaf person on the computer. All it is is teenagers like myself geting on there and prank calling there friends. I havent done it but sometimes they call people they dont know. Its nothing big but it gets annoying.

We received a cashiers check for almost $3,000, item was $450. The credit union the check was drawn confirmed it’s bogus. I do live in “Bubbaville,” but didn’t fall off a load of turnips.
We just confirm this morning that a payment was delivered to you today by my debtor for the payment of the   ( Lovely item ) am ordering from you.The payment will be delivered today and it will be delivered via DHL and here is the tracking number that confirmed it.  (65234935640),once you get the check all you need to do is to take it to your bank and cash it immediately and after you must have cashed it deduct the money for my order out of the money you shall have the rest sent out via western union to the shipper that will be coming for the picking up of the ( Lovely item).Below is the shippers detail that you need to take to the western union...

Too funny.....same thing has happened to me...2 litters ago and now again with this litter....bogus

It happens every time I have puppies advertized,,the "deaf" person has to use a PC...in my ad is always my e-mail...so the "deaf" person, does not need a relay middle man to do business with me....I just hang up after a few choice words....so this phone #866-747-7352 ia advertised with pride....yet it is a REAL SCAM  and they are getting away with it...

Yeah, I advertised some kittens in the paper and had several calls from different numbers related to this service. I hung up every time but contacted the company and mentioned that I appreciate the service for the hearing impaired but I will be filing harrassment charges against them if they do not relay the caller's info. They said FCC regulates the privacy act. I said, "what about my [***] privacy?" They gave me an email address. Charges are pending. Don't put up with this bull [***]!

same senario as others, claiming deaf person interested in puppy, sends check for 3000.....expects me to cash and forward money......called local police their search along with ours finds a SCAM.....returned check and all back and forth emails to BANK check was drawn from...still receiving calls from this number on home phone and cell at odd hours like midnight...can't authorities STOP this NONSENSE.......it's VERY frustrating for honest helpful breeders trying to help people find the proper dog......HELP

We too have had calls like this, I can tell you for certain that they are scams.  When I tell them what I do for a living they discontinue their correspondence

yup, I get this every time I advertise in the paper for puppies. Total scam, and they try it via email too. Dont fall for it!!

Not sure if it is this number, but again it was a "deaf" person who wanted us to respond by email (waterburylinda@yahoo.com).  They wanted to buy two of our puppies they have never scene.  They say they are out of Texas and will pay us an extra $100, to do this process.  They would arrange shipping however we need to send money via western union to the shipping company...hmmm, sounds a little fishy to me.

RE:  Puppy for sale

I got a call from this number midday 11/18/2008.  She said her name was Kari and she was calling from some communication company.  (I just put an ad in the paper in Montana for a puppy).  I did not recognize the number on the ID so didn't directly answer.  She hung up and then called back 10 seconds later.  The second call, she left a message for me to email her pics, price, details of the puppy to tbab01@yahoo.com   All this info (excluding the pics) are clearly stated in the ad.  She will not be getting a response from me -- after reading all these comments, it sounds like a scam.......

we too have rec'd this scam upon advertising puppies.  just rec'd a check for $2700 today (for a $150 puppy).  we will be visiting our police department tomorrow to report this.
