got this call from 866-758-1083 did not answer did not know who they are. called back and got can not connect due to network problems

I have the same complaint...they called me and I tried to call back and it says "network is busy".

I finally answered to find out who it was.  They were doing a "debt survey". The one question asked before I cut them off was do I have any outstanding debt - duh.  I still don't know exactly what they wanted because I told them I didn't have time and to please take me off their call list.

They are constantly calling to find me a better deal on phone rates.  AT&T confirmed they are not affiliated with them.  Daphne Taylor is persons name and it is obviously a call center

They call our business all the time. They ask if they "can speak with the person who handles the phone account?" I say no and hang up. It's always the same accented man, but he gives a different Americanized name every time. Today he called, asking for our accounts payable department, acting like he was collecting an overdue bill. Scum.

called and said they were AT&T and wanted to help me lower my phone bill. Called AT&T, they are not legitimate.. Do not talk to these people...

did they take you off? i received calls from them today and told them to remove me

The charlatans at "My Payday Relief" have called a dozen times this week, sometimes before 8AM.

This company used to belong to Dennis Williams of Langhorne Law in Pennsylvania (267-569-7004), but he claims he has sold it and is neither involved with the company nor responsible for its unlawful acts.

This number calls me at least 4x a day it is insane leave no messages I keep getting calls and I don't know how to get rid of them [***].

You don't know how to get rid of these calls?  Here's an idea - PAY YOUR BILLS!

They said they were debt attorneys

Tell them that they have the wrong number and don't call again. That may work or just hang up on them, they'll get the picture sooner or later.

Not paying bills is not always the case, they call me and I damn sure pay my bills. I don't have time to hear solicitations at work so I don't answer, if it is important and a legitimate call they can leave a message on my voicemail :) Shoot if I didn't pay my bills I can imagine how many times they would be calling :)

Called from these 800 numbers is getting very bad.
One day I had like 14/15 calls cause I opened the wrong internet memo.
I will not answer anymore 800 calls or 877 or anything else.. Either I know the number or it goes unanswered.

No message and no one at other end.

Got a call from 866-758-1083 and did not answer because I didn't recognize the number.  I called it back it was payday debt relief.  They have called my 8 times in the past 2 days.  I have no idea how they got my number.

Don't be an idiot.  Don't assume people who are annoyed by stupid phone calls owe money.  I owe NO money, but get calls from dodos such as these all the time.  Curb your passion to slam other people, and let this forum do what it's supposed to do.

Several calls from this number but when I answer no one says a word.
Never can get thru when I call back. Really annoying.

This numbers calls me at least 15 times a day! I have nothing owed to anyone so have no idea why they are calling me. I answered one time and told them to not call me anymore and the calls still persist.

this number called my phone yesterday twice in a row ..i didnt answer when i called back, the number was unavaliable,,,so today i tried back and a accented man picks up and says do u have a cash advance or loan online you would like to get paid off or reduced? i said no he said ok thank you bye bye! hmmm these scammers are so sloppy lol ...AND HOW THE HECK THEY GET MY NUMBER!!!!!!  so i call back to get the name of the company ..same guy he says they are PAYDAY RELIEF LOAN SETTLEMENT! asking do i have a loan online through CASH ADVANCE AMERICA! i said no, this time he knew my name he said ok thank you i asked what was his name twice and he hung up! obviously still the same cash advance people with another name instead of saying they will lock u up for non payment,,,they are saying they can help pay off! smh head if they dont stop calling my phone they not getting a dime out of me !
