866-759-4702 called - no msg - Telemarkers often obtain a Do Not Caller list and 'work' off from that.  By the time investigations are underway, the number is no longer in service.  If calling your house phone, contact your local carrier for process on filing a complaint.

these creeps leave no message, but say my name "john, or ed, or whatever...) and then silence. they clog up my caller I.D. and its a real pain !

Numerous calls in the past few days ... never answered.

I have received several calls from this number, including just a moment ago (1800 EST).  It was someone who said I had indicated an interest in a 'home based business.'

This was the third time I'd received the call, and I told him so.  Funny, as soon as I started to tell him to remove my name from his phone list, the call was disconnected.  This is the second time I've been disconnected in the process of asking them to stop calling me.

Have received many calls from this number.  They hang up on my answering machine.  Just called the number back. Higher Impact - an internet based business company.

they never tell me what is going on they do not take no for an answer and keep calling me i am getting sick of this.

Ive received 10 calls from them starting at 8pm last night, 9 calls this morning-the earliest at 7AM pacific time on my cell phone. I have answered 3 or 4 times-each time saying-don't call me, take me off your list. They continue to call.

I have received multiple calls at all times of the day.  I don't understand why phone companies or regulatory agencies care about these calls.

I spoke to sales person and stopped him mid-stream of his speech asked to be removed from his list and now I get calls all the time and will not leave message..

I got a call from the 866-759-4702 number.  Went to google and started looking at what people have said.  I then decided to call them back to find out what they wanted.  When I did I got the recording "The number you have called is no longer in service or has been disconnected".  That was 30 minutes after they called me.  I am on the do not call list but sure doesnt seem to help with things as I still got this call.

I have been getting a couple calls a day for a long time from 866-759-4702 no one is ever here and when I call it back I get the message that the number has been disconected or is no longer in service. My caller ID says TOLL FREE.
I filed bankruptsy a few months ago. I wonder if this is one of the bill collectors. Do any of you hink this could be a bill collector? If so I would love to find out who it is my lawyer would sew the Stuff out of them.

I have a feeling that it's their own recording that is telling you that the number is disconnected. It's a toll free number...for US to dial but they have to pay the charges!
Start your own war against them by just hammering their number. call it a thousand times a day if you can. When they get the bill after all their victims respond in kind, perhaps they'll rethink their methods.

Just got a call from this number 866-759-4702. told them they had the wrong number 3 times last week but they keep on calling my cell.  I tried call the number back and it has a No Longer in service message... Rrrr. these people are desprate!!!
