These people have took money from my bank account an over drafted it i did not give these people permission nor have i ever took out a loan from them these places need to be sued an put out of business if thats what you want to call it

These people called me about 15 times today stating that I have been approved for a loan. All they are is a bunch of indiand people that are trying to get easy money from the hard working real americans in this country. I've asked where they where calling from and they hesitated before stating (UNITED STATES) but could not tell me what state. They call me one more time and there will be an investigation into this by the US GOVERNMENT, for they are messing with the man.

The company's name is Pacific Advances.

They charged my account without my permission for $30.00 on 9/19/2012.

The reportedly are domiciled in Nevada.

I will be contacting the FTC, the BBB and the Attorney General's office for the state of Nevada.

I also have had $30.00 withdrawn from my account without my permission. I am now on the phone with these idiots and they keep putting me on hold to wait to speak to a Supervisor. These scam places need to be shut down.H9A7

The also took $30.00 without authorization, who can we speak to, to have these idiots jailed?

Same thing happened to me, is there any recourse to getting my money back. I talked to company and they swear i submitted a loan request, which i have not. All the loan request emails I have been getting, i have been selecting "unsubscribe" and i think that is how they got my information. My bank is investigating and i have contacted the FBI--waiting to hear back from them
