The calls keep coming but no one leaves a message and it only rings once or twice, then the call is disconnected.

Rude Company: Progressive Management. They called my phone, my mother's house and my cell phone. They are a collection agency and are trying to collect on my dead husband's hospital bill. I tried to give them my attorney's phone number but they wouldn't take it and kept asking for my personal info which I wouldn't give and they called me uncooperative. So I hung up and have hopefully blocked their number!

I get calls from this number all the time. They are asking for someone I don't know. I tell them I don't know the person, but they continue to call anyway. They ask for a person with a female name, so I guess they think I am that person and I am just denying it or something.

They are asking for my dead father. They ask if this is a wrong number for me to call them. I don't want to call them or give them my number.

They left a message on my answering machine while I was out and gave the name of the person the message was for. I am not that person but I heard the entire message, a privacy violation of that person's right. This was clearly a wrong number.

No, I'm not really Nicole. But that's who they want. Or Chelsea Garcia, or some other Garcia. I also get the same abuse from 800-640-9211 and 866-767-1035. You can't make them go away. I'm sure it is not even really a collection agency. Probably phishing for personal information. Don't tell them anything.

Collection agency. Even that we paid some overlooked medical bill of $75, they keep on calling. They leave suspiciously sounding, mildly threatening and rude tone message. I guess scammers copied the tone of the message (yes these are legitimate, annoying, rude and persistent collection agency, but there are scammers that will call you about non-existing depth, fake tax owned etc.)

They call my husbands work even thou we are paying the hospital.

They call every day. This is PROGRESSIVE MGMT for a hospital bill that was paid by insurance. They need to update their records.

Leave a voice mail asking for someone I don't know. They call when I am at work and can't answer. It's always a robot calling. If a company does not have the courtesy to actually have a human pick up the phone and call, why on earth would you call them - especially if it's not the same name?

They just called me. Never heard of "Progressive Accounts Receivable" before. They asked me to confirm my billing address and my birthday. I told them I wasn't comfortable giving them my personal information without knowing who their company is. They said if I give them my info then they can tell me who they are...... What kind of business is that? SCAM
