Robo caller for GE Money Bank. They don't send paper bills, they just charge you $20 and harass you when you're late, and lock you out of paying online, or say they can't guarantee that a mailed payment will be credited on time.

It seems GE Money tries to make the most basic functions difficult, so they can stick you with fees.

GE Money - I was late on my amazon card payment so they call almost everyday - twice a day.  Morning and evening.

GE Money Bank calling about Amazon credit card. Finally spoke to someone, although it took 20-30 seconds of shouting "hello?" into the phone.

Amazon calling.  I never got a bill. Called them twice when locked out of online system when I tried to make payment.  On hold forever, then I couldn't understand person at Amazon/GE
Made payment 2 days ago and they are still calling me.

This is getting ridiculous, I was 2 hours late on my payment (payed at 7pm instead of before 5pm). Now even though my balance is $0. They still wont leave me alone. When I answer they just hang up before I can tell them that I payed off my card ages ago. What kind of customer is service is this! This is tarnishing amazon.com's good reputation.

After doing the reverse calling thing it looks like I'm being called because of a $100 gift card I purchased for my Sister last Christmas on Amazon.  I guess G.E. and Amazon have merged or something.  Anyway, My bank account has had the $100 deducted.  They are calling every day, Even when I pick up it's just a recording.  Well, this was a total waste of breath, I have no Idea why I'm even typing this.  LOL, I'm such a Moron!  Atleast I'm not alone.  ;^)

I always make double payment every month on my bills so i dont know why they are calling me for.

Thanks for the info! I answered once, they said that had an important message for me, and left me hanging for 1 1/2 minutes. Second time, dead air. I agree it's bad business for amazon.

I emailed amazon.com. This is what they replied:

Yep - Amazon.  Was indeed a few days late.  Told them to reverse the late charge or I would cancel the card.  26% interest PLUS harassment?  I don't think so.

Fed up with GE Money Amazon! I have 3 calls in the last 5 hours and I've already paid them! I even called them yesterday! I am cancelling this card pronto!!!! Wasn't the government bailout enough for these guys!

Those people keep harassing me day and night for no reason as my bill is paid! This is harrasment for sure!

Our place is being called several times a day every day, last few weeks. There is no one on the other side to speak with. It is a harassing and I will report this to the authorities. If this is a GE money or Amazon number, as stated above by other people: all our bills are paid on time, all the time. There is no need in harassing us.

Agreed, these guys are the worst.  Was late one month over X-mas and the calls are non-stop.  I will be paying off this card ASAP and canceling it before they ruin my credit.

Im wondering why I'm getting these calls when my bill isn't due until next month.

I don't even have a payment due until the tenth of August and Amazon/GE calls 5 times a day. I just added it to my reject list on my cell phone, so it goes right to voicemail. It's ridiculous!
