They say they are trying to reach SOMEONE at this number about a personal matter. They keep calling wont tell what its about. The person calling name is Jeff Kelly and he uses a nother number 215-274-2143 not sure if this is a scam or not nut dont give any INFO out.

Called and left a message.  Trans Union.  Left a reference number and that was it.

I get several calls a day, a recording saying they are looking for some guy named Mark Blackwell.     then it says "if you are Mark Blackwell, press 1, if you need time to getMark Blackwell to the phone, press 2.  I stayed on the line several times until a person came on & told them I have had this number for 3 years & have never heard of this person they are looking for & to quit calling me, but they don't.  They have MANY different numbers they use to call you but when you try to call them back, you get a recording that your call can't go through.  It's a 1 way calling feature on collection agencies. I PAY MY BILLS but some loser gives out a random number & he doesn't get harassed, I do!  I get waken up, cussed at & called every name in the book because some joker gave out a phony number.
