Call and left a illegal threatening recorded message for someone and here is the message. This message is for **** and we are calling to get your statement or if you have legal representation have them contact us if not we will proceed further with this matter. This is a debt collection company out of New York doing this.

Got a  message from this number saying "We need to verify an address for a legal matter to sent to the address." Seriously, the message skipped and the person couldn't even talk right and didn't even identify the company.

I keep getting the same message.  Caller is a female.  My caller ID says PMN Insurance.  I called them and they said that number isnt any of theirs.  Weird.

I keep getting voicemails saying they need to verify my address to send legal documents and this is my last warning...etc

Have received numerous phone calls.  6 months ago sent a cease and desist letter - they still keep pursuing but won't verify anything.  They won't even tell me who they are trying to call.

I have a message on my phone that says the same thing. They didn't leave a name or a company. very threatening message. I left her a message demanding a phone call tomorrow or I will turn it over to the FCC.

Received a call from this number stating " After several attempts to try to contact you via phone and mail concerning a transaction denied by our bank we are assuming by your lack of response unwilling to take care of this voluntarily.  At this point this is your final verbal warning and we will proceed accordingly without any input from yourself or your legal representation.  We truly wanted to help you in this matter and we did not want to make a decision on your behalf so press 1 to speak to a representative or call 866-795-6989"

WTF:  No company name, no this is an attempt to collect a debt.  Never received anything in the mail.  No clue what this about.  Got to love that the "transaction" was supposedly denied by their bank, not mine. And what decision is there to be made?  

These people are bottom feeders who  try to prey on the fear of those who are unfamiliar with their rights.

Does anyone know the name of the company? Or has anyone actually spoken to them? They keep calling me but they don't leave any information about them only to call them at 866-795-6989 but the number that shows up on my CID when they call is 503-854-7752. I've tried to to call both numbers back and all I get is VM, and the message doesn't state the name of the company or anyone....Is this company even legit???

There name is first asset legacy management, I get the same threatening voice mail from them.

Yeah I am receiving the same threatening messages as everyone else.  They do not even say the company they are collecting for.  What a joke!  They are just preying on people without knowledge of the FDCPA.  Please do not send them any money.  This is not legitimate.

I have received a message - one for the past five days.  It asks me to call to verify my address for delivery of some legal documents.  I call the number and there aren't any agents available.  I don't want to leave a message.  I'm going to block the number.

Yeah, they've tried everything... "we have returned package from your address", the legal thing. I talked to one guy and he was reading from a script. Just don't answer.

The second message I've received a few weeks ago was, "We have received a returned package..."

And the first message I began receiving 3 months ago was, "We have been trying to verify an address tied to this number, please call 866-795-6989."

So, they have been calling several times a day, everyday, for the past 3-4 months. What I've learned is that if you ever taken out a Pay Day Loan, those places sell your information to places trying to run scams on you. I had another place call and try to get $600 out of a debt that I've already paid. DO NOT USE PAYDAY LOANS!

Call says that they need to verify an address for legal notification.  I am sick and tired of this call.  My phone is new to me and I don't have anyone calling me with legal notices.

I got a call from a very rude lady who was asking me for my card or checking acct info for a dept that needs to be satisfied ASAP or states I will need to go to court next Friday....Her words, she didn't say what company she was calling from or anything....WTH!
