the calls are wicked annoying sometimes... but honestly, i called up and got into a "rehab federal program" and it cleared my credit and stuff... actually not that bad of people if you just man up and take care of it

Debt collectors...

Take their call only to tell these called bill collectors to prove in writing that they have the right to collect the debt, to contact you only in writing, and never to contact anybody else other than you, not in writing, notin person and not on the phone. They have no legal right to call your friends, family, or past jobs.

866 798 9824 keeps calling me and insisting I call back about somebody name I dont know. I called the attorney general and reported Jason Smith for breaking the law and harassment. I had to fill out the form in writing but they say he cant call me legally and he violated the law. Its a skip trace of some kind. Dont tell them anything and call the cops.

Skip trace. Calls and says I have a relation with some guy I havent ever heard of. I guess this guy owes someone some money. So the calling guy is very rude and doesnt want to hear I dont know, and asks for a lot of MY personal information. I reported him to the police but they said they dont do anything about that.

The same name but a different person calls and calls and calls. I reported them to the DoNoCall registry and to the government.

Jeremy Smith has been calling my number every few days for months, he is always rude and insistent and aggressive and he leaves long messages about how I must do this and that right now or else. So today I had my boyfriend call and they answered the phone General Revenue? I think. Anyway my boyfriend said dont call this number ever again and they asked who are you and why are you calling and he just said dont call the number and they finally agreed not to call any more. I am on the do not call registry but they called anyway, maybe 20 times or more. Maybe they are paid by the call but if they are somebody is getting ripped off.
