Received several calls from Fraiser ext 6012 Nordon (NCN) asking for Elaine to call him back. Sorry but my name is not Elaine. When I called this phone number to inform Fraiser, 1st time I was hung up on and the 2nd time the switchboard operator claims she was having phone troubles and could not transfer the call to ext 6012.

Have received several calls from this phone #. Dead air for approx 10 secs & does not leave message on voice mail. I called the # & a recorded voice identifies it as EOS NCN. Wants you to hold for next agent. I hung up & found EOS NCN on web. It is a Financial Recovery Specialists. Some of their major clients are CIBC, ScotiaBank, J P Morgan Chase Bank, TD Cda Trust, Bell Cda, Sask Tel, Govt of AB, Govt of Ont & City of Toronto and lots more.

Per their web site info EOS acquired NCN (Norden Collections) under their umbrella.

Hope this info helps as to WHO is calling but now is the problem to have them STOP calling.
