I got a call from this number. As usual, no message was left, when I called then back, a person answered the phone with "thank you for calling FIA Card Services. The best available research indicates that FIA Card Services is a company owned by Bank Of Amercia for the purposes of processing their credit cards. Many complaints have been filed against them for unethical practices, according to this research. I hope this helps.

showed up on my caller id numerous times - called them back and the woman on the other end of the line got angry that i would not give her my personal information.  it's clearly a bill collecter - i don't have any past due accounts so i was not threatened. she was very rude and tried to make it seem like there was something wrong with me and that i was going to get into some sort of trouble if i didn't hand over my name and ssn. she did say they will often times call people of the same last names in hopes of tracking down people. shady shady.
