Received a call from "CJ" stating he received an odd call from my neighbor and stated he was worried about them.  Asked me to take down his number and ask the neighbor if they were ok and have them call him back.  

This was a little odd, so I decided to call back and speak with CJ.  I asked CJ if he was a collections department and he said "I can't answer that".  So I stated "Well, I'm assuming you are a collection agency and you did not receive a call, but I would give the neighbor the message for 10% of the collection fee.  CJ stated he couldn't do that and it was rude for me to ask.  I stated, did you try to contact the person with certified letter and CJ statued yes.  I stated, well then, for 10% I'll give the message".  We debated for 20 minutes on how it was right or wrong for me to ask for 10% of the collection"..  Lol, kinda funny

Am getting several calls from this number every day. The number rings at least 12 times each time they call. Pretty sure they are some sort of a debt collector, but they dont have the guts to tell you who they are. If the laws would be enforced we already have for this type of harrassment, we would not be bothered at our homes day and nites. Just another example of our lawmakers passing laws without any actions against law makers!

Constant calls from this company and we don't have any unpaid collections!  Annoying!

Citibank collectors? Isn't Citibank a bank? if so, I dnt owe them money!!

Ive gotten 2 messages left from this number saying he is Carlos from somehwere I cant understand then police and to call him back. Sketchy.
