left a vague message about some paperwork that needs to be signed.  I have no clue who these people are or what the heck their talking about.

just received a call stating I have some paper work to fill out, if I do not call back they will take further action. They do not give a company name, nor ask for a specific person.

Same as the others--take action, but no name.

I get these calls at least once a week and like everyone else have no idea who they are. callers like this are required to identify themselves and the company they represent in the first few seconds of the call. obviously not a ligit company and are probably  phishing to see who calls back to get personal info

Continue to get calls from numbers like this.

I or my legal representive needs to call back right away failure to do so will result in further action being taken.  

I got the same message. "This is an urgent message for * * I need you or your represented legal counsel to return this phone call immediately at 866-804-8422. Failure to do so will result in further action being taken." I've gotten this phone call twice in the past few days. I called the number, just curious as to who it was and a voicemail stated that the company was called: Cornerstone Resolution Group, Inc.

just called my phone and left message on the office phone through automated caller, its urgent that I call them back, if not further action will be taken

They are a debt collection company named Cornerstone Resolution Group, Inc.

I actually got the call from a completely different number, with the 866 as the number to call.

They were calling me looking for the person who had my phone number three years ago; I called them and had my number removed.  A simple enough process.
