Is this really Net 10?

Saw it was a 800 # from tracfone so I just let it ring.  5 minutes later same call, let it go to voicemail.  Says there is a problem with my phone.  Guess what have no problems at all.  

TracFone now has same like foreign customer service like manners calling me back from
866-806-1840 and 800-867-7183. Also, tracFone new website is like a racket and new growing foreign service manners is crap. I try to use only the old website pages. Around credit card update and other account problems I am getting foreign accented harassment like calls over and over again to also calls to my mobile phone after I figure the racket of the current problem out. I notice more police on whereabouts  since new built in for little sim cards and E911 changes. Old Nokia with little antennas was like not carrying a mobile phone at all and was best time with a mobile phone  and service.

received text message "resolved your issue & closed case"  this I'm sure is not for me...

I also received a text from this number, saying "resolved your issue & closed case". Then they gave me a pin number. I did not respond.

Received cell phone call from 800#.  No voice mail was left, but shortly after I received text saying, "We have resolved your issue & closed the case.  If the issue persists, contact us at 1-800-806-1840".  Since you received same text, I cannot believe this is legitimate.  Detest that I have to pay for their text!

I preferred old Nokia too. when I transferred minutes from one phone to another they gypped me out of over 20 minutes.

didn't know this was tracfone, they never left a msg.

I review detailed call on my daughters phone in April several calls from this number came into the phone at various times of the day. STOP HARRESSING my daughter

Did not answer the call. 866-806-1840 left message. Strong accent. Something about land line # change.  Did not return call.  Next day, land line not work.  Phone provider said someone had switched our # from AT&T to a simplemobile account.
