foreign man (indian) called telling me he was "albert smith" and that i was being charged with a class "E" felony with no explaination, no company name and demanded our bank records to make thing go away within 24 hours or we would be supenaed

Tell him to collect from the kid in India who just got my job last month.

Jenny Cooper (India lady) Says if me or my attorney does not call her back to settle my debt I will be sorry and all she will do is laugh as this come crumbling down on my head.

Called me stating i need an attorney, wouldnt give me info and they had the last four of my social, should i be worried?

Dennis Stein (mid eastern accent) said I need to have my attorney on record call him right away- could face jail or harm....."sure he works for a legal office" with threats- highly doubt it! Said he represents USA cash advance and that I owe undisclosed amount of money. I surely will be arrested. I'm not afraid of his threats - but the everyday calls are annoying and bothersome not to mention embarassing because since he's tried to contact me at work -he lets my coworkers know all the details-which isn't legal and is a privacy violation. Dont' give them any money or credit card numbers.

Got calls from these SOB's. total scam. Told them contacted FBI and call was being traced. They hung up. Calling about payday loan I didnt even take out. Company they say there are from is US Cah Advance. Total BS

Got a call from a indian guy who talked a milion miles a min. Tried saying I owed him money. I cslled him back and told him where to get off at!!

 Getting call plenty of times in couple of minutes,Yes why? Because its very panicky if a person is taking a loan & not paying back moreover blaming the loan company cant even resist, if you guys are so sure that you haven't taken any loan,why you all are afraid to deal this in Legal way.

I 4 of the same calls. What should I do. I am panicking.

Received a call from "Presley Scott" telling me that I need to get my attorney to call him.  Of course, this is about the 4th call in the last 10 minutes from this idiot.  In his little speech on my answer machine he proceeds to threaten me and my husband and the entire time calling us by some other name than our own name.  Now if that does not promote scam, then i don't know what does.

So for you Mike, if you think that this is so legit, then I would suggest that you go to law school and find out that threatening people is not LEGAL in TEXAS or any other state.   Get a life and leave AMERICAN's alone!!!

These folks call me and act like i have an unpaid payday loan I never have had a payday loan to repay they use different names and different numbers I have traced most of the calls back to MagicJack they pay 10 bucks and get a new number every so often these guys break every law know to debt collecting and always try to collect a fake debt they will have your info but rest assure they will pay anyone any money if you pay them when they see you are not going to pay they even call you back and harrass you at times cussing you and making treats against raping my family members never talk to them the FBI has told me to tell them to send me the information they have by mail they already should have the address since they have the other information.way too many times these guys have told me i would be arrested or served in 48hrs i have been dealing with calls from them for over 8 months beleave me I wish one would show up at my door I could and would pay any fine to punch the SOB out.

Man screamed, yelled, called 30 to 50 times in 4 hour period.

Got one too regarding a close personal friend. He talked very fast and claimed that if I didn't tell my friend or call 866 812 2623 back that my friend would go to jail on criminal charges. He then stammered and paused for about 3 seconds as if he lost his place in the cue card as he tried to tell me that if I didn't call, I'd be brought into it and that I'd have to visit my friend in prison. The number showed up on my caller ID as "0000".


What a joke.

I am receiving the same calls name is Ricky Smith and he called my job.  I don't know what he saying in full as it's hard to understand him but he is totally harassing me demanding I call back or have my lawyer call him. I need this to STOP!!

& you only refuse to pay because it was your intention to do fraud with our companies.

mike your company is s scam. officer jack thomas and raymond scott do nothing but harass me and call my work. threatening to keep calling my work and make sure i lose my job. i have already let my work know that u are a scam and they laughed and said this should be fun. the tell me to shut the [***] up cuz its there turn to talk, when i can only understand bits and pieces of the sentences. then they hang up on me. threaten to go to the cops, click. block my numberr, click. i have called u back so many times i am automatically transferred to raymond scott. i think it is kinda fun to hear them get angry and make there threats, knowing they never will follow through. i even called an attorney office, marso and michelson in minnesota and talked to patrick hayes 612-821-4817. i didnt even give them your number and he knew who i was talking about and said it was a scam, told me to give u his number and have u call him. doubt u ever did.
