It's a survey call from Boost Mobile regarding a recent call you made to customer service.

I just got a call from that number and I have AT&T

I have sprint... I don't know what this is about, but i am trying to call them to verify....

I don't have Boost, either, I have Sprint...they called twice today!

3:10 pm on 3/31/08 - Call to my cell phone (I have Sprint) - Unidentified Pre-recorded message stated, "I have a message regarding your account, press 1 ... " then I hung up.

I called Sprint from my home phone and yet boost called my cell phone.   Certainly is something fishy.  Reporting them to the National Do Not Call List

I just got 3 calls from them didnt bother pickup the phone. Whitepages.com doesnt have a listing for them. Its definitely a fishy number... it stinks. I have sprint...

just so you all know...sprint IS boost.  or, rather, they share the same network, as well as nextel.  i can't explain the att person getting those calls, though.

I'm a boost user and I tend to lean toward calls that are too generic are probably phishing calls hiding behind another company's name. Just spoke to a Boost representative. She is passing this on to her supervisor and doesn't think Boost has a third party making outgoing calls re surveys. This doesn't mean that it doesn't happen, just it's not common knowledge to customer service reps as a normal part of her job.

So be careful all. I'm sure Boost's fraud dept will be looking into this unless it is a legit call.

This really is a customer service survey.
I had changed my service a couple days ago,
I found this info here and called the number back on my cell.
It was a short survey, yes, annoying, but not evil.
They also tell you they won't charge the call against your minutes,
geezz how nice of them.

That makes a lot of sense cause 2 days ago i called to ask a question.

I have Boost, did call customer service lately, but DID NOT take the call because I pay by the minute!

Boost is owned by Sprint. Probably use the same call center to do surveys

Sprint, Nextel and Boost are all the same company.  So the number is a number for the company
