This 866-822-1300 is FMA Alliance.  they have called my home phone number six times in the past two weeks, never when I am home. The number shows up on my phone as “Business Office”.  When I called it back, and asked why they were calling me, they said my number was not in their system.  I asked what they do, and was never told, despite asking several times and several ways.  I was only told that they “handle several services.”  I spoke to two different supervisors and a manager, none of whom said anything different.  Only one of them was nice enough to say she wanted to help and would see what she could do, but when she found my phone number “Is not in our system”, the conversation essentially ended.  I then looked them up on the web and they are listed as a debt collector.  Why couldn’t they just say that when I asked?  I don’t know why they are calling me repeatedly. I have no debt.
