    Caller hangs up when I answer the phone (I am the receptionist for a business). One of the many hang-up calls I receive daily. Would like to put a stop to these.

    Same here. I finally called the number and reached a company called Oxford Management Services, which is a collection agency. A search of the company on the Internet revealed that they have been the subject of a law suit and numerous complaints for harassment. They have headquarters in Fort Pierce, FL and offices in Melville, NY and Scranton, PA.

    I don't understand why they continue to harass people, especially those with whom they have no dealings.
