CENTRAL COLLECTION SERVICES a credit collection dump

Says to call back and to protect identity we will not tell you anything over the phone.

Same as everyone else - what I heard of it (their system doesn't recognize a voicemail greeting, so the first part got cut off).

Do not answer the phone these guys are scum. I called to get some information on the company, the name and address. The woman I spoke with gave me the company name but refused to give me the address unless I would verify my SS#, of course I refused. When I told her that I was not going to give my SS# to someone I did not know she told me I was about to find out exactly who they were then hung up on me. I RECORDED THIS CONVERSATION! Send a Cease Contact letter and by law they have to stop contacting you.

This person they keep calling for no longer lives at this address.  I have been telling them this for over a year.

I sent a cease and desist letter to these people after they called me over fifty times in one week.  They wanted personal information.

866-823-1656 shows up as "800 Service"...( is really "CENTRAL CREDIT SERVICES") Lady asked for my wife, acting like they were pals and on a first name basis. I asked what is all about, she said must speak to her. I have seen this on caller ID before and they never leave a message, so I figured was a sales call and asked to be put on Do Not Call list. The lady said she would, but wants to talk to wife. I said she is supposed to put me on list and CEASE conversation, not ask again for wife.
RUDE now, she said she knows what to do, and does not need ME to tell her.... and the twit HUNG UP ... LOL seems I got what I wanted anyway.... I CB and it said CENTRAL CREDIT SERVICES... two minutes later some guy from same number calls asking for wife... I said that last lady was RUDE and hung up... we won't be talking to them. I Googled them and they seem to have a BAD reputation dealing with the public.

I missed a call from this number, and called back. The operator asked for my number and after I gave it to them, they asked for a Maria Plato. It was the wrong number.

these people are driving me crazy! Won't stop calling my number

I gets a call frum these people and whens I calls dem back thet says I am harrassin them I keeps calling dem back over and over on their tolls freez numbr and now they is mad at me and wont talks wid me no more. dey wont even calls me back now.

Apparently they don't know when to quit

We continue to receive calls from number, if answered usually no one is one the line.  The one time I got a person asking for a Bobby, I advised no one at this residence ever used the name Bobby.  They still keep calling.

This "company" called me trying to verify my social security number & told me I owed them $600+ for some credit card I don't have and NEVER had.  He has also called on my mom's phone at home and on her cell phone as well as my stepdad's cell. DO NOT ANSWER THEIR CALLS.

I have no idea who these guys are.  Some of you say Debt collectors but I do not owe any one any money so it must be a scam.  Has any one had any success in getting them to stop calling?
