After getting tired of these idiots constant robo calls and leaving messages on my company's voice mail. And after them being told via both fax & registered USPS We issued a lawsuit today in the State of California for harassment and violations of the FDCA.

Getting many calls from this number. Then text messages for some person that had a phone number.

Endless calls, no message, only toll free.

This number is from a scam debt collector who goes by many names, primarily Broadfield Law Group, Meridian Management, etc. They are nothing but illegal bottom feeders, who buy up old debt, junk debt and so on. They are truly a bunch of scam artists. Do not ever give them any of your bank information, as they will clean out your assets. Visit budhibbs.com they are consumer advocates for consumer fraud, and this Broadfield, etc company fits right into that category. As far as it goes they are being investigated in the state of California, for illegal practices for old and junk debts that a worthless, and they buy the old debt for pennies on the dollar. Just beware of this company and remember they are nothing but a phony, bogus scam!!!!!!!!

Received message from this number stating it was the Brachfeld Law Firm, when I called back the number, it was the number for ordering the Heat Surge Miracle Heater!  Strange!

This # comes back to a non-law firm debt collection boiler room operation out of Houston, Tx. identified as Meridian Management Solutions, LLC and is owned, at least in part, by a non-lawyer resident of California identified as Ralph Ayala, Jr. These scam artist lawyer impersonators call consumers and identify themselves as either "attorney Erica Brachfeld,s office" or more commonly as the "Brachfeld Law Group" in an attempt to scare debtors into thinking that there are REAL lawyers coming after them for money. There isn't a real lawyer in the bunch! They have collected millions of dollars over the years by means of fraudulent misrepresentation, amongst other tactics! For the record, attorney Erica Brachfeld is licensed to practice law ONLY in the state of California. She is NOT admitted to the Texas State Bar and therefore does not have an office in Houston or anywhere else in Texas! To hold oneself out to be an attorney or ones company to be a law firm when they are NOT, constitutes the "Unlicensed Practice of Law" and is a felony. They have also been caught illegally recording their phone conversations WITHOUT given  consumers the legally required notification, at the beginning of the conversation, that the phone call is being recorded. This also constitutes a felony violation of the U.S. Telephone Recording Laws, as well as the FCC regulations. If you get a phone call from these people claiming to be calling from attorney Erica Brachfeld's office or the Brachfeld Law Group.... DO NOT SEND THEM ANY MONEY!!! You are being SCAMMED! It doesn't matter if the debt is valid or not....NO ONE CAN BREAK THE LAW IN AN ATTEMPT TO COLLECT A DEBT!!! File a complaint with both the FTC and the UPL section of the Texas State Bar. Maybe, if enough citizens take action against them, they might someday have to face the consequences of their actions! I hope so!!!
