This number called a few times. the calls were short, I didn't have time to pick up.  No one there

The number has called about ten times in the last couple of weeks at all hours. I used my cell to call it and got a very cryptic message wanting me to give them my information to have them call me back. They use a caller id system toget your name and number if you call from the wrong number which is why I used my cell, I know it does not show on systems out of my local calling area.
