Caller gave me her name as Sabrina Nissan(I think, couldn't hear very well as her voice was hard to understand) told me to call her back at 866-827-9670 and that her extension was 4786 and this was regarding member number xxxxxx.

Phone Number Identified themselves to me as GC Services (Garnishment Division).

I am writing in regards to GC Service they are the ones that has this number 8668279670. Another creditor by the name of Educational Credit Management Corporation from St. Paul MN sent all of my information without my knowledge to this collections agency which they are also like a subsidiary to ECMC. I had two student loans that were in default at ECMC and when I wanted to consolodate to William D. Ford foundation or Direct Loans they all of a sudden said that my account was no longer with ECMC but with this GC Services. I was very upset with ECMC and just this year they also stole my federal taxes without my knowledge also. I want to stop these two companies from ruiening my life. Please help to put a stop to these abusive creditors.

They didn't steal ur money they took what was theirs its a student loan which means its govt the govt is entitled to get their money back any way possible they garnished ur income taxes because u owe for a student loan plain and simple better than them garnish ur wages just sayin

Taking someone's money without asking is still wrong and if you read your FDCPA or Fair Debt Collection Laws that mean RED TAPE!!!! You don't know my situation. So if you don't know someones situation don't reply! Those [***] have been ripping me off for 3 years! I am a Criminal Justice student my dear. And Criminal Law is my middle name! When some one takes something without asking no matter what the law still applies on both ends!!!!!!

I need your forsight on ECMC and G S Services. We paid our S L off in 2006 to Direct loans, in Nov 2010 ECMC started to send letters stating that they were the holder of the Student Loan. I have sent copyies of the pay off to both and they still have placed a garnashment on my wifes check. We have talked to several lawyers about this and non of they seam to know what to do. Tell me what type of charges we can file aginest both of these companies.  I will file them myself.
