Bugging me non stop for days.  No message left.

If you google it several financial related links cime up suspect it belongs to AST Fund Solutions, LLC a North American firm providing proxy solicitation and shareholder communication services for the mutual fund industry.  Sounds like you may own a fund, ETF, or stock that someone has some special interest in your vote for some secial proxy or legal matter involved with a fund you own

To 'I got called too".

This is a scammer spoofing a number you should NOT answer. It may seem like an investment site but they are not SPDR no matter how much the easter bunny tells you.

The next time they call assign them a place in your contacts. Give them a colorful name ('[***]') so you recognize the con artist when they call.

Let the phone ring the full 5 times before you let it go to voice mail.

Do not pick up. Do not call them back unless you want to trigger even MORE calls.

They call several times every day, at all hours.  I usually ignore the call, but today I picked up and no one answered.  I suggest blocking the call, if your phone has that functionality.

Why not call your local police department and report them for phone harassment? A neighbor of mine kept getting calls in the middle of the night. The PD was able to track the phone and called them up. Apparently the lady had no idea her son was bothering people after she went to bed. Kid should have been sent to juvenile court.

Continueous calls day and night

Calls many times a day, every day!  Does not leave voicemail.

said they were calling about my investments with Wells Fargo.  I have none.  Told them i knew this was a scam and i would report and hung up. This is now blocked on my phone

I kept getting calls from this number and ignored them, figured they would leave a message if it was important but they never did. I finally answered and it's a legitimate proxy solicitation firm trying to get my vote related to one of the funds I own, which is being acquired by another company. I told them they need to leave messages so people know it's not a scam and don't get so annoyed.

They called my phone looking for my wife. I gave her the message to call them. But they just kept calling me. I answered and told them not to call me anymore, that I'd given my wife the message. They started arguing with me, insisting on giving me "information", so I hung up. Then, apparently for revenge, they called me several times than evening and the days after, until I blocked them. Block that call!

it's not legit. The call me 12 times everyday, never long enough for me to answer.
