No mater how many times i have ask these people to stop calling me it just keeps all hours of day and night. i even talked to there manager and i was told it was all taking care of but it is still gouing on.

Just got a call from this number.Don't know who they are. Wish they would quit calling.Never answer their calls anyway.I can keep deleting as long as they can keep calling!

This number keeps calling 4 times already started at 7a this SATURDAY morning!it seems that it will go on for a few days and then stop for a few weeks then start again!

I work at a hotel and this number keeps calling the front desk daily looking for the same employee. It's been going on for almost 2 weeks now, and the employee is never working when they call. I thought it was a credit company or something..

I've gotten a call from this number at least once a day for about a week now. And i absolutely hate that they call at night while my family is sleeping.

I've been getting calls from this number but will not answer any 800 (or varieties of 800)calls on my cell phone.  Thanks for the information.  I will continue to ignore these calls, especially since they do not leave a message.

I am tempted to report these clowns for harassment! They call even on the weekends, ENDLESSLY. It is ridiculous. If they want me so badly, write me a letter! I never respond to these calls.

this is so annoying. i started getting calls 2 days ago and they happen all day and night. i pick up phone and voice says "all our operators are busy at this time, please hold for a very important call", at which time I just hang up.  What can be done about this?

Called AMEX Dillards back.  Don't have an account with them so I had to press # to get to an agent.  Asked that my number be removed from their dialer and stated that I do not have an account with them.  Answered by India rep (no surprise there).  Was told the number would be removed.  We shall see.

I keep getting these calls and keep asking them to stop.  It never ends even though I have been told a number of times that they would stop.  It is definately getting to be harassment.

I have no idea who this is. My husband and I have already changed our home number for telemarketers and now these people are calling me at my work!! I was on the phone with a customer, so I wasn't able to talk with them.

It's Dillard's American Express. They call and don't leave a message. Caller Id only shows the phone number.

Must be a SCAM to get your info.!! DO NOT give them any info.! I DO NOT even have a Dillards account. Their interest rate is outrageous, and their crap is overpriced!
