harrassing calls to my 20 year old son.  represented themselves as Bank of America - Bank of America explained that they have no affilation with this number.  We do not have any accounts with Bank of America.

This number belongs to US Fast Cash.  I asked them to stop calling me about a debt that was paid already. They still continue to call and harass me.

Spoke rapidly and said they were calling about my Citibank and immediately tried to phish me for personal information. When pressed, admitted they were not Citibank but Capital Management.

Collecting on a Shell Credit Call

No message - obvious Call Center for collections, banks, whatever...

It's Capital Management. Citibank (who didn't think I was paying "enough" regularly, grrr) apparently sold off the debt to these people.  They have horrible reviews and were removed from BBB.  Anyway, I wrote to them and faxed directly, a letter telling them that I WILL NOT accept any phone calls from them.  They can only contact me via USPS. Sooo...if you have dealings with any credit cards - even those that are paid - these are probably the people you are hearing from.  DO NOT give or confirm information on the phone.  Since my fax and my letter, I have not received a phone call from them.  If you do this, please make sure that you also say that they are not allowed to call extended family, etc.  It's been 10 days since they have called.  Who knows...maybe I'll receive a knock at the door.  Ugh...don't answer the door either!  Good luck.

wanted personal information such as ss and credit card. would not let me know what it was about unless I gave them this information. never gave them anything.
