Calls six times a day.  It is a Cancer Fund looking for donation.

Yes it is childrens cancer fund.  Whats so bad is the fact that you donate to one and they tell you they don't sell your name or whatever they do is not so.  I donated to one cancer fund and now I get endless calls for donations. Yes they do also call many many times a day.  Very aggrivating.  Now I let my answering machine pick up with a message about credit card callers and people wanting donations.  Works great!!

This is Childrens Cancer Fund of America, run by James Reynolds Senior in Tennessee. In 2007, Reynolds collected $7.6 million of your hard earned money to help kids....guess how much went to professional fund raising efforts in 2007?

He paid groups like Associated Community Services, Bob Burlands telemarketing firm $7.6 million to call on his behalf,

This "charity" gives less than 15% to actual kids who need help, the rest of it goes to Reynolds and Bob Burland. Heres the numbers:

we keep getting calls, night and day, from this number. It is very annoying and we wish that something could be done about this people who call at all times of the day.

Calls at numerous times every day.  When I answer no one speaks.

Call daily, usually in the morning. Never say anything if I answer and don't leave a message.  This is annoying.

I get these calls daily up to 4 times.  I let my answer machine to pick up since I don't recongize the number.  How can we stop them from calling?  This is very annoying.

These people call constantly and will not take me off there phone list, even though I have begged them to take me off. I get calls from them about 4 or 5 times a day. I am so pissed off that this scam is masking it self as a charity so it can harass me day and night.

Yes this is an agent that is collecting for a charity.
They are very annoying.
The saddist part is that depending on which organization is collecting only 15 to 38 cents of each dollar provided will be given to the childerns cancer fund.
This is a huge ripoff and annoyance.
These orginization need to be shutdown.

This service calls here over 20 times per week.  It is exasperating!  How can I get this to stop?

I get 5 calls a day from this number.
Just like many people I donated to one charity
and it seems if I say yes to one, they figure
I'll donate again so I get deluged with these
kind of calls. This is the reward for being
giving!
