I have received calls from this number for the past 2 days. I answer the call and there is nothing on the line. I called the number back the next day and it is an automated call service for Toyota. Next time, I will give the dealer a fake number.

Apparently, this is a survey company which companies hire to measure satisfaction.  They called me to ask about a car repair.

This # belongs to a firm who calls to verify satisfaction with your visit to your local Toyota dealership for service.  I received a few calls but no messages.  I called the # and spoke with a very professional representative. They are calling to validate the service I recieved when I recently took my car for an oil change.  If you get a call from this # but you have not visited a dealership for service, it could be that someone provided an incorrect phone # to the dealership or you have a number that may have been someone elses in times past.  They are not 'fly by night' or trying to sell you anything.  Just wanting to make sure you were satisfied with the service you received.

The caller said that he was from my local toyota dealership where I did my service recently. This was a survey.

Just answer and take the 30 sec survey and it will stop.  Companies need this info or we would all get the oh well not my problem customer satisfaction.  I don't want that and I know you don't....

I've received the same call twice and both times there was no one on the line. I just had my car serviced at Toyota so your assumption makes sense. Thanks.

I just bought a Toyota Highlander, I got this call and nobody spoke, it was completely silent.  So I can only assume that everyone here is correct that its one of those automated survey companies....

I do own a Toyota and I asked my dealer about this number....he said he knew nothing about it! It is very annoying as I get at least one or two calls a day. I have tried to call back to this number and get a message that "this number has changed or been disconnected!" I have reported this number to the "do not call" list but I still get calls!

I called the number back and it was some foreigner wanting me to do a customer satisfaction about Toyota.  I do not own a Toyota & I do not do business with companies that outsource for their work.

This number calls me everyday, sometimes twice a day, and I'm on a "do not call" list.

I have received 3 calls from this number in the past 2 days.  I don't answer numbers I don't know.  I did buy a new Toyota a few days ago, so I suppose the "satisfaction survey" follow-up call would make sense.

Same as the last post said.  They keep calling me, but when I answer the phone there's no one there.  Very irritating!!
