Very persistent bill collector.  Calls EVERY day (monday-friday) multiple times.  First call comes between 8:00 and 8:30am with out fail.  Spoke to them numerous times and explained explained to them the situation and gave them the phone number of my attorney handling that situation.  That attorney has sent them cease and desist letters, and that hasn't even slowed them down.  Now i just answer and immediately hang up, or let it go to voice mail.

Calls come in at least 5 times a day, called back, and they say that they have 3 nmaes assigned to this number, and not one is familiar to me, or anyone in our family.  Constant BS from the person on the phone, that they will delete our number out of their system..

Who call me in Puerto Rico.   Error Number. Please do not call that phine, is a problem for me.

Spoke with collector at callback number of 888-220-8589.  I advised her that we did not know the person that they are looking for.  She stated that they would remove our number from their system.

She implied that If they have multiple accounts under the same name or number, they will need to update all of them for all of the calls to stop.

I have same problem often, and I received a call from 866-860-2708 at 8:30 am today (an hour ago), but didn't answer, just hang up, 'cause I know I have no debts, and no one should be calling me from a number beginning with 866. Did you guys try government website https://donotcall.gov ? It helped me once, and I will put 866-860-2708 there to stop them right now.

Repeated calls received from this number. When I answer, nobody responds. I live in a care home, and do not owe anyone money.  The calls are most likely dialed by computer, and my voice is weak.  Probably their machine does not recognize that I have answered.  I do not sleep well, day or night, and these calls disturb me.  I am changing my phone number.

As you live in a Care Home surely they can do something to help you resolve this.

I get calls several times a day from this and other numbers on a constant basis, seven days a week.  I don't owe anyone anything, but if somehow these morons get an account that has been written off somewhere else, in some states, there are laws that if you even answer the phone, it gives them license to go after you, dead bill or not.  A neighbor tried to be nice and get them off his back by offering some limited information, and the next thing he knew, his wages were garnished.....

BEWARE!!! Don't answer these calls..............................

The call came in at 8:15 December 12, 2013. Just rushing air, no one on the other end.

Very annoyed. I work nights & just get to sleep when this # calls. No one says anything on the other end. I can't just turn off my phone because my children may need me if an emergency arises. People who know me never call in the mornings.

Interesting phone call received at 8;15 this morning from this number.  They were collecting a debt from Home Depot, stating I haven't paid since April 2013.  I stated they have the wrong person because my account is up to date. Interesting they had my son's account (same name) and called my wife's cell phone.  This is scary how they find this information.  She wanted my Son's number and I refused.  I wanted her number for my son to call her bacj and she hung up.  REAL CLASS.    Be careful with these calls.

They keep calling me every few days at my work number which I have had for almost 4 years. I spoke to them almost 6 months ago and 6 months prior to that fallowing the same pattern.  They ask for a name that is foreign to me and I have told them over and over again.  Today I answered to tell them stop calling me and that the person didn't have access to this number and had not for at least 4 years and the woman yelled at me saying she had never called me before and hung up on me.  There is something very wrong with this Monarch Recovery company.  I am going to file a complaint with as many organizations and places as possible.  

This is a debt collector.

calls about ex husband who has passed?  What company is this?  Obviously his estate lawyer hasn't done his job.  Why are his privacy rights protected and mine aren't.

They are Bill collectors if you pick it up tell then to eat sh*t and don't  answer it at all after that

Asking for my wife, but with her maiden namenot her married name. We've been together for 17 years.. They refused to talk to me unless I give my wife's ss#. We don't owe any money. These people are dumb. I check my credit score from time to time. I checked today and I didn't find anything that shows tha we owe any money. This is a scam. Just becareful. Don't give them all your personal information.

Received call @ 8:15 am but did not answer as I do not answer numbers I do not recognize.  These jerks call several times a day 7 days a week.

Company had called me from 866-860-2708 asking for me. I am currently under identity theft protection and have free access to my credit report/score which I monitor almost weekly. I do not have any account in collections, yet this company (claiming to be monarch recovery services) is trying to contact me.
I called them back after 2 missed calls within a 5 minute period and they refused to tell me even who they were with my ssn, home address and other info. I refused to give out such personal info and was hung up on. This company has violated several FDCPA regulations. I work for a company that dabbles in collections, so I am very aware of how they should practice business. I will be reporting this number and any other associated with them!
