odd and illegal.  they dont speak when you answer, you cant call back, and they never leave a message, they must be targeting certain people for some reason, be careful----lets stop this!

Called over 6 times within a 3 hour period.  I believe it's a bill collector from Capital One.  They never leave a messages, so I can't be sure it's Capital One.

They asked for my husband. I said he is not here may I take a message and they hang up in my face! Stupid idiots, that's why I stopped answering out of area calls. Now I will stop all over again. 9/1/09

It's Wells Fargo.  They are calling to try to sell you more services for your acct.  You can asked to be taken off the call list and it will take 30 days.

After signing up for Gov. no-call plan... I still get this call. Creepy, Shady and just about anything else you could not want in a "sales" call. First they speak to me in spanish (my last name is latin in origin, but I don't speak spanish) and that makes me wonder if your last name was german in origin, would they speak to you in german? 866.860.8866 is a threat to you and marketers everywhere. If you have caller block, add this number to your list!

I get this call from 1-888-860-8866 all the time and I do not answer unknown calls or toll free calls most are telemarketers... let them sit and wait if I answer it no one's say's anything.. what good does it to to register on the No Call List I did that and still get calls

Receiving several calls a day for my husband who is not home. they will leave no message or discuss anything with me. In the middle of asking them their business they hang up on me.  Way to go Wells Fargo like we would buy any more services from you acting like this. Just another reason we are leaving your bank.

I have gotten this same call multiple times, come home from work and have 5-10 messages on my answering machine but no actual message.. Getting very annoying. Anyone have a solution to get them to shut up? Tired of my answering machine beeping!!

Wells Fargo and still calling after I told them I was not the person for whom they were looking.
