I received a call from 866-872-7074. I did not answer it since I do not know that number. Who would be calling? I did try calling them back and it said they were some sort of outreach center?
Anyone know for sure?

It's an admissions outreach for schools around the country. They only way they get your information is by YOU submitting the request on-line.

I certainly didn't submit my # to anyone, especially schools. I have no kids so there'd be no point

Yes.  They are trying to reach you for adult education courses.

Left message regarding if I was interested in some kind of insurance.

This is a call center for All State Career School.  However, my son is over half way through school and we JUST started receiving calls from them as though he just filled out an on line service.  I believe the school must out source their calls.

Calls, leaves NO message, does not answer return calls and is a general "pain". Blocked them.

Got call from this number but no message was left.

Normally when a 1-800 # calls here they never leave any message,AT ALL..
But this girl must have a form letter or something she's reading, because I didn't understand a Word she was saying she was talking so fast & mushy mouth as well...
But Thank God for Answering Machines...
I WILL NOT ever turn mine Off, just for this reason...
I have NO interest in what someone is trying to sell...

How do you block them? what is the cost?

They need to stop calling. Telemarketing days are over!

Called me 2x last night and now this AM.  Didn't leave a message.  I never answer calls from unknown numbers, and never return calls to those who don't leave a message.

I also received a call from this number. I did not answer the phone- I called back from a different number and they said it was an outreach program for education.

They also said I would have requeted them to call me. I DID NOT DO THIS. I changing my cell number as I apparently have been placed on some telemarketing list because I have been getting telemarketing calls since Fall consistently, and they are all from different numbers. I probably get 5 calls a week.

And the "Do Not Call List" is a complete joke. I have been on that, updated it, etc.to on no avail.

They called it showed up as unknown I didn't answer they didn't leave a message.

Heather left her message in 2010 so is not likely to do as you ask. Several other peopleleft messages on the same oage as yours and say who it is.

It must be a scam. I got a few voice mails stating he's a Sheriff from IRS or some crap. This is so frustrating.
