Recieved 2 calls from this number. Did not pick up the phone. No message was left

I called TWC customer service and everything was resolved.  1 minute later the phone rings with this number displayed as caller.  Unfortunately, the call was just silence... I think their systems messed up the call.  It's TWC.

Same thing happened with me. Finished on the phone with Time Warner and got a call from this number a couple minutes later.

Same thing. Called Time Warner and then several calls from this #. They call constantly and no one is on the line if I answer.

It's Time Warner Cable doing a follow up on a service visit to my house.

Time Warner Cable bill collectors.  Said they had an important message but all lines were busy and to please stay on the line for the next available person.  Not sure how they got my cell number.

This is Time Warner Cable calling about a survey on my recent call about my service. I'm familiar with the number so when they call I don't answer and they leave a voice mail message.
