I recently gave my vehicle at toyotaofplano for service and they were enquiring about my satisfaction with the dealership.

I received a call from this number on both my home and mobile phone this evening.  I used the call-back function, and it was a courtesy call from Toyota of Plano to see if I was satisfied with my recent service.  I was unsatisfied that they did not leave messages!

It was a survey from my Volvo dealership.

I got a call from 866-887-0870.  I recently had my Harley serviced and I'm sure it was from a company wanting to do a satisfaction survey.

I get calls from this # all the time. When I answer, There is a beep and it hangs up. Called back today, got a recording saying call is monitored for "quality of service", beeped and hung up.

Called, I answered, they hung up.

Has called my mobile number twice, beeped, and hung up. I recently purchased a new Nissan. Judging from the above posts, maybe its a satisfaction survey? Annoying that it doesn't work.

This is a satisfaction survey call. I recently purchased a vehicle as well from Mazda and they have since called again and it for sure is a survey. Hope this helps :)

unable to identify caller, will not leave a message.

been calling cell and I have pre pay service

Keep getting repeated calls from these folks to my cell phone.  Stop w. the calls already.  They don't leave a message in voicemail so why do they think they're ever going to talk to me?  An unknown caller from an unknown number that keeps calling me and leaves no message to explain themselves.  If it smells like spam...

called my office phone, left no message, then called my cell phone 2 minutes later, and again left no message.  I did have my Chevy in for service 2 days ago.

I got asked if I was "so and so" and I verified I was and then they acted like they couldn't hear me and the call cut out. I did have my truck serviced at a Ford Company a few weeks ago.

i don't know who it is and i want them to stop calling
