Anyone know who this is?  Like most of these calls, they call over and over, but never leave a message.

Yep, I get them calls too, would be nice to find out who the creep are that cant even stay online when I say hello!

The caller gets paid by the number of calls made not the amount given.

Got a call from 866-890-4090,I said "hello" twice and had no response back except white noise. I wish this wasn't allowed

Got called.  No caller ID text.  They didn't leave a message.  I noticed some postings tied this to a Breast Cancer group.  I'd been called by another Breast Cancer number also: 877-810-5921.

Correction to just-posted note: "No Caller ID text" should have read, "No Caller ID text THAT IDENTIFIED THE CALLER.

After receiving many attempted calls I called the number. It is answered by a machine announcing that you have reached the Breast Cancer Society.  This doesn't surprise me because I had surgery in May 2009 for Breast Cancer.  Would be nice if they could at least leave a message or be identified by the number. The message talks about donations.

This number belongs to a hired soliciter for the Breast Cancer Society, which is based in Arizona.  They get a percentage for every donation sent to them in NJ (don't know if they gets $$ for calls, too.) They represent themselves as part of the American Cancer Society, but I can find no confirmation either on ACS's or BCS's sites,so I suspect that's a bogus claim to boost credibility.  If you want to make a donation to BCS, send it directly to the headquarters in Mesa, AZ and don't waste part of it by sending your donation to this hired solicitor (who, by the way, lied when she told me that all the money collected goes to BSC -- it was BSC who told me the NJ group gets a percentage).

I got call from866-890-4090.I answerd the phone,Caller ID said anavaileble.I told the man  I am on the do not call,and remove my no. from the computer.The second time alwaise fileing complait with FCC.It is working.

just got a call. I get telemarketers all day long even though I am registered on donotcall. I wish I had seen this because I would have told the woman that I will donate directly to the bcs. My business already donates so I would not be lying..lol. I asked her to take my name off their calling list. We'll see if that happens.

No voice at all, just multiple calls. Called them back and it's a woman's recorded voice for the Breast Cancer Society. They only reply (10 days!) to detailed messages regarding donations with the donation-#.

For Shame doing this during Breast Cancer Awareness month when there are legitimate ways to raise money for a good cause; not bottom-feeders like these rapscallions, I say!

F, G, & H this kind of intrusion in my bucolic day, whilst the middle of duck fat fries from Hot Doug's and the last of a good merlot while finishing up the NY Times Magazine reclining by the porte-cochère.

Received a call on Nov 12 about 10:30 MST and I did not answer since I got that feeling that I would be waisting my time

Just one more number to add to my "silent" ring tone list.  As was stated in another post, when you can see it's a 800, 877, 888 number or the like, why even bother to answer the phone?  There's too much of this robo-calling being done.....even by legitimate charities.  The calls disturb and / or annoy so many people you would think that the Federal Government would actively take a stand to eliminate this activity.  And, as our population becomes more senior with baby boomers retiring there is the possibility of unscrupulous companies taking advantage of the aging sector by these automated phone attacks.  Something must be done to successfully combat this telemarketer / survey / charity blind computer enhanced phone calling.

I got a call from these so called BCS people today.  I know it was them even though they hung up on me.  I have had breast cancer and no one offered to help or do anything.  These unscrupulous people should be ignored.  My phone service (comcast) will not reject the toll free numbers so I am stuck with just not answering.  When I do most of them just ask for me then when I say yes they hang up.  Really stupid people.

They called me today and asked for money.  I told her that I had been out of work for 18 months.  She said "can't you just give us 30 dollars"  I should have ask her to give ME 30 dollars!
