Called this number back from untraceable phone. These pests claim to  be NATIONAL GRID, making a "courtesy call "! Well, if they are REALLY interested in showing us courtesy, the least they could do is to stop hiding their identity from our  caller IDs. ! The critter I spoke to wanted to transfer me to something or other, but I just decided to hang up!
Apparently they are allowed to abuse us like this because we have a "business relationship". Well, If I could get electrical service from someone else, I`d do it in a heartbeat! Fie on these fraudsters!

It's not actually National Grid, it's a scam.

ahaha...well, I DO owe Nat Grid money so I'm not surprised that they are calling me. I stretch them out as long as I can. I intend to die owing as much money possible to as many utilities, banks, etc, etc, etc as humanly possible. I am old and sick & if they cut me off either me or my heirs will sue their [***].
This is the 1st time that they've called from this number tho so maybe it ain't them, just a coincidence.

I'm embarrassed for you.  Why you would think this is OK.  If you use their service, even tho they are expensive then you should pay.  You don't have a right to stiff on your bills.  Guess who will have to pay for YOU people who stiff on their bills.  US Just to end I'm sorry your sick, but live your life good and pay what you can.

The caller ID was "+18668923281" but they identified themselves on the robocall voice message as "National Grid" and said my monthly payment was late. Really? I thought it was paid. I checked other sites and it is listed there as a SCAM call that leaves voice messages. A few days later I had a call from a company offering better, cheaper service than National Grid. Their number was SPAM because the number was "spoofed" (not a valid phone number, used by Telemarketers.) Maybe that warning from National Grid would upset me enough to fall for the Telemarketer call trying to sell an electrical  service that "cost less than National Grid."
