- JSExactly, I keep getting this call.
- 800numberhater| 4 repliesThey called me today, saturday morning. I live in Alberta. I didn't answer but I did call back and they claim to be a Rogers customer experience survey. It was all automated and they said I could not speak with them at this time, but that they may reach out to me again in the future. How do I know it's a scam? They called my SHAW landline, my cell is with bell, and my boyfriend's cell is with telus.
- Caller: "rogers"
- And, replies to 800numberhater| 3 repliesAnd, we are on the "National Do Not Call" list.
- Metoo replies to And,National do not call registry......if you have service with Rogers, they can call you. Do not call registry is for companies and businesses the DO NOT have current business with you.
- SallyI got two calls from this number within an hour. I tried calling the number to tall them to take me off the calling list, but just got a recording!!! >:( I hate getting these kinds of calls!!!

- TayFredMy husband and I have cell service with Rogers. They call us from this number AFTER we've paid our bill each month. Um, Thanks, Rogers...Especially after you guys screwed up our bill for 7 months and we STILL have yet to clear up the payment which you refused to clear since it is your fault.
Sorry, but our cell bill equaled our car payment one month, and our rent the next month! (Yes, even after 2 payments were made.)
Don't answer, don't call it back.- Caller: N/A
- JimI received 2 calls within a few seconds of each other from this number today (July 28/11), but my cell phone didn't ring. Looks like they're using a back door technique of some kind to leave a message. Ironically, when I listened to both messages, they had a female voice asking me to press 1 for English, or 2 for French, followed by "I didn't understand your response, please try again" or words to that effect. I am a Rogers customer, but haven't had calls like this before.
- Call type: Survey
- JackI get this call every time after I make changes to my Rogers account, whether it's cable, cellular or Internet. It's quite annoying. I guess Rogers is hiring an external company to survey their customer service, but by doing so they are simply aggravating and harassing its own customers for no reason.
Really redundant and stupid.- Call type: Telemarketer
- P****edRevived a call from this number shortly after reviving a call from Gemma Communications

- Susana| 1 replySame here, they called me the day after I made changes to my account. I have Buzz Off app on my blackberry so added them instantly but this is the third number from Rogers I've had to add to my Buzz Off list as they were calling me endlessly - I had to spend money buying this app to protect myself from the very company I am buying cell phone service from. It's incredible.

- scamIf you noticed, at the end of some rogers support call, the rogers reps informs you that they wll call you back to check if "the problem is solved". that is an subtle and implicit way to get your consent to call you. At that point you are back to their marketing list. It's a scam and a clear abuse of the customers good faith. so what i can say is "screw rogers with any means any time you can". if they want the war, they will get a war. A suggestion: if you are unemployed join one of their customer support hiring sessions, it's 16 bucks a hour and 4 weeks course payed in full, you get 2800 bucks from them back and then leave them.
