I get like 3 calls a day from this number. I dont answer and they dont leave messages. When I try to call back to get them to stop calling me, the machine says my call cannot be completed at this time. It is so frustrating and I have no idea who they are!

This outfit needs to be harrassed several times a day and night. I think I will go to williamsburg and put a stop to these sickening calls once and for all.

A call came in to a cell phone that was on a friends and family plan.  The girl had not paid the bill so I put the phone on a temp turn off.  A call from 866-897-5308 came through on phone bill statement after that anyway.  I called the number and found out it is Alliance One, a financial institution.  Credit card.  In this case apparently calls for past due payments come from this number.

I called them back today and asked why they called me and asked if it was me then hung up on me which really ticked me off. It was capitol one bank. I am on the dnc list and told them that they said they would take me off. I don't owe them money so it probably was a sales call.

The individual started calling from 866-897-5308 to my telephone number on January 26, 2010; they never say anything just hang-up as soon as I answer.  I strongly advise reporting this matter and telephone number to the locate police.

these idiots call 7 days a week and 6-8 times a day and never leave a message i'm sick of them when i finally answer the [***] they are going to get a an earful from me a-wipes

I called them back, and they answered the phone.  Surprise, surprise.  It is Alliance One, part of Capital One.  They have supposedly removed my number from their list.  Time will tell.

I want these constant calls stopped

I told then a week BEFORE the DUE DATE that I was going to be three days late and Boom It's in collections a week BEFORE the DUDE DATE! They have called 5-8 times a day! AND IT"S NOT EVEN FREAKING PAST F*KING DUE DATE YET!  NO HASSLE MY F**KING A$$

I keep getting calls from this number at all times of the day There is never anyone there when I answes to say don't call my number again.

The number comes up on caller-id call it back - it is Capital One looking for someone who doesn't live with us.

I get calls from this number every hour from about 730 am to 10 at night, they do not leave a message.  My Capital One account is CURRENT so there is no reason for them to be calling me.  I have notified
Capital One that they can close my account if they do not get this harrasment to stop immediately.

They are bill collector's for Capital One.  I hit answer then immediately hit end.  They can call till their little fingers fall off.  I told them I could only send a partial payment and they hate that, but when the money is not there, I can't make it mirculously appear.  They thrive on harrassment and mind games.  I refuse to be polite with them any more because it's just a waste of my time and energy.
