I have no idea who this number belongs to because they did not identify a company name and they are asking me to call them back in regards to a family member.

Got a message from this number today. Said to call extension 5559. Think the guy said his name was Steve Lee.  Message said that it concerned someone I knew (they gave this person's name).  Pretty sure if I call they will say that this person is in trouble and needs $$$, please send, etc. Too bad I can't reach through the phone and pull this guys lungs out. What crap. These people should be in prison doing hard time.  Worst thing is a lot of the time they con senior citizens.  I'd be interested if anyone else has heard from this number.

This number called my husband's cell phone and asked for me by name.   He gave them my number because he didn't know who it was, but they haven't called me yet.   Pretty odd how they got his number and asked for me by name!

Company claims to be called Capital Management but no further information on the company nor this number exist on the internet.

Bill your totally wrong CMS is a real company... its a collection agency not a scam... i acutely settled my discover account with them 50% off and i contacted discover to make sure they were legit..

Got a call from this company,they were asking for all this person info at first i was very weary until i got there letter.. then I understood make sense right? So I called em back and just told them what was going on, they turned out to be very nice. I spoke with a nice man and his manager(not going to post names). They are allowing my to pay 40% of my bill over 6 months! ended up working OK good for me although the payments a a bit high but at least its gonna be over in 6 months... it was nice to have a collection agency really understand or at least act like it....
