Keeps calling on my cell phone and I will not pick it up and they don't leave a message.

Continues to phone my cell phone - leaves no message and no one answers if pick up.

It's Ditech calling about a late payment.

I have had 7 calls in the last three days no message no information

It's DiTech's automatic caller from the collections department.  That's why they don't always answer when you pick up.

I just got a call from this number.  No message.  I have two mortgages, neither of which are late; and neither are with Ditech.

I just got a call from this number, they identified themselves as GMAC Mortgage.  She asked me if I was the individual and the lady hungup!!!  That really pi.................ed me off!  Im sick and tired of calls like this, we are on a nocall list in our state!!!

I get calls from these people and then they don't pick up, and I wait forever. I want to know what they want, but apparently, they must be getting paid to call and harrass, not resolve.  It's the typical American drill, do as little to earn money as possible, and it's okay to make a living off of other people's misery. WTF?

GMAC Mortgage default division. If any of you EVER plan to take a mortgage with these pukes...DON'T! They are the most uncooperative and unprofessional people we have ever dealt with.

I too get calls from that number 3 to 4 times a week asking for another person.  I have told them numerous times they have the wrong number.  Tonight I told them I was turning their number over to the State Attorney General's office to pursue harrassment charges.  I will do that first thing tomorrow.  These people are complete idiots who enjoy harrassment.  We will see how they like the AG's office coming down on them.  I suggest others do the same as the AG's office will follow up on these calls.

Homecomings Financial & any other mortgage company owned/affiliated with GMAC will call from this number - the Loss Mitigation Dept mailing address also matches. Do Not Call legislation does not apply to a company attempting to collect a debt, but if they do try to solicit, you can hit them up at the rate of $11,000 per incident in fines - it's a federal offence.

Called my cell phone, missed the call so called back (Thinking it could have been work related).  Automated answer, no company info given just  "enter the 7 digit extension".  I hit "0" hoping for operator, message says "enter your 10 digit account number or your SSN" - yeah, right.  I hung up.

I have no mortgage w/any of the companies listed here.  First time this happened so will just assume a wrong number.

I've received two calls in the past two days.  No deliquent accounts on anything.  How dowe take these creatures down?

Got a letter in the mail saying our mortgage is in jeopardy. Called the number I HAVE for the bank.... This number ( 866-899-5308)was on the letter....its fraudulent.

Message left at my home was "Call Loan Servicing at ..." and gave the hours.  No reason why, no Company name...

This is E-Trade Mortgage Servicing.  It is the entity handling GMAC Loan Servicing.  It is NOT a DiTech-only number.

The (un-named company) auto-dialed message is actually originated on the day when the payment is LAST DUE, as in, "the 15th day of the grace period after the actual payment due date has arrived" and they have NO PAYMENT.  It is actually THEM doing US a service by ensuring that we DO NOT MISS OUR DEADLINE AND GET CHARGED LATE FEES AND GET A DEMERIT ON OUR CREDIT HISTORY.

If your phone number is on their system BY MISTAKE, they will TAKE YOU OFF...

If you take the time to follow up, use option 1, then option 2 and chat to one of the courteous CSR's, like I did.

ALL WILL BECOME CLEAR.

Have received several calls over last two weeks.
They do not leave message on machine.
My home number is on DNC list.

I am signed up for email notification, and am NOT late with my payment!
No one leaves a message, and they are not doing me any favors calling and hanging up on my answering machine.
