866-900-2282 is the number for Chase Home Equity Collections Department located in Tampa Florida , 4915 Independence Pkwy , Tampa Fl, 33634. Its a direct department from Chase, not a third party collection agency. They are legit cause my friend works there.

They may be "legit" but they are rude.  They keep calling me and my Mom although we have asked not to receive phone calls, trying to locate my Dad.  I haven't spoken to my Dad in two years and My Mom divorced him 20 years ago.  The collector Kevin Murray said he wouldn't stop calling my Mom until she called him and told him herself, then I asked for the supervisor.  The supervisor Jeffrey Carmichael, told me "okay we'll stop calling".  I told him how I wouldn't do busines with Chase in the future and he told me, "That's okay because if you're going into debit we don't want your business anyway."  I'm so mad I could spit nails.

Chase keeps calling us from this number saying we owe them money, asking for our social security numbers, birthdates, etc. but won't give us any information about this loan.  Our son had one with WaMu for about 15 years that we co-signed on, but Chase refused to send him statements until he went into their bank in person and they said it would all be taken care of. Guess who's not sending statements to anyone and harassing us again.

we are not even one payment behind on our equity loan and they are calling my 15 year old granddaughter cell phone.  i went crazy and spoke to a supervisor who was very nice.  I think these people are nuts .  sorry i ever did business with them.   our payment is $325.00 per month

I get calls almost daily at 5 or 6 am. I dont even have a house or a home equity loan so I dont know why they keep calling.

So, my ex-husband has filed bankruptcy and has contacted all of his debts and explained this to them.  They look his address up on the Internet, find my name attached to the house, then look me up.  Then they find my phone number, which they then call thinking I'm still married to him since we have the same last name.  This is the 4th time I have told them to stop calling me and yet they continue to do so.  I will never do business with Chase...ever.

I have been getting calls at my law office for a Lizet Croset (not sure how to spell her name) from Chase. They have violated the FDCPA many times. My firm does not and has not ever represented her, but if she see this, please contact us at 512-809-2072! We would love to sue Chase for you! We are now planning to sue Chase for this ourselves. These idiots at Chase have disclosed 3rd party info to a law firm that does one thing.....SUE DEBT COLLECTORS WHO BREAK THE LAW!!! you would think once the light comes on over their head, they would stop. I guess they do not believe that we are a law firm that will sue in Federal court for this......so we are going to make believers out of Chase.

someone gave them my number by mistake probably and they keep calling for years even i say it is a wrong number

Receive calls daily. I have caller ID and don't answer if I don't know the #. What call I do about this calls? They never leave a message like my machine requests. This is very annoying. Thank you.
